Back in elementary school, we mastered the art of weaving DIY friendship bracelets. Old habits die hard: in search of some trendy wrist gear, we got the idea to design our own accessories. The result? These half-woven, half-metal braided chain bracelets. They put a cute finishing touch on any outfit.
Returned it, wasn't worth the money. Honestly looked like something you would find in the dollar store. Very, very cheap looking.1
When I saw this on the Birchbox website, I thought it was super cute. I placed an order using my points, so I really only paid $3.50 for it. When I initially received my order, they sent me the pink/silver when I had ordered it in pink/gold. Not only that, but it looked super cheap. I realize it's just a piece of accent jewelry, but if I had paid almost $20 for it, I would have expected more. I sent the incorrect one back and was promised that a new one would be on its way. A few days later I received a box full of product from someone else's order! (And no bracelet.) So two returns later, I did get the one I wanted. I have a lot of trouble putting it on by myself and I cut the extra thread off the ends because I felt that hanging off the ends made it look even more cheap. Check out other places for cuter, better made accessories.1
This item looks nice on the website but is very cheaply put together. My came dirty and the completely wrong color of what I had ordered, but at least customer service was easy to deal with in the return of the item. I think that I would have returned the item anyways because of the lack of quality.1
This bracelet is cute as all get out but just be careful with it. The minute I snagged it on something it snapped and broke. That said, I still love this design and would buy it in a heartbeat if I knew it were better quality. Or just have been more careful with the first one.2
Should have listened to the others who said it was cheap looking. It definitely is and I am disappointed. I really wanted to love it! Looks cuter in the picture. Don't waste your money.2
I ordered this thinking it was adorable, however, I did not really like it when I received it. It was very chunky and the length was not long at all, it barely fit my wrist. I ended up returning it because I was sent the wrong color, but even if I received the correct color I probably would have still returned it.2
I was really excited when I saw this bracelet on Birchbox.com. I have been wanting similar bracelets that I have seen online but just hadn't ever bought one. I was disappointed when I received this bracelet. The metal is really light-weight and looks and feels cheap. The woven part is just cross-stitch floss and isn't woven very tightly. I am not happy with this purchase and am sending it back. This bracelet will meet your expectations if you aren't expecting much. Otherwise, spend the same amount of money for a higher quality product elsewhere.2
I ordered this bracelet expecting it to feel, well -- heavier. I like the way it looks but I just wish it had more weight to it. Kind of feels like it will break soon... Nonetheless, it IS adorable for the price and it's a nice every-now-and-then accessory. I could also see a teenager loving it. Cute stocking stuffer for the right person.3
A bit disappointed in how thick this bracelet was. The colors were bright, but just wasn't me. I will pass along to my niece.3
yes, its very cute. but it can also be made from home instead wasting 18$ on it. all you need is some chain and string3
