Dermatologists and beauty editors agree: this hydrating, rebalancing mist—sourced from the medicinal springs in Avène, France—is both refreshing and incredibly powerful. Backed by over 300 clinical studies (not to mention centuries of dermatological treatment), this multitasker soothes redness and calms all sorts of skin troubles—from sunburns to allergic reactions to eczema and itching sensations. Use it as a morning toner, spritz it as a mid-day refresher, or keep it in your purse for moments when skin is stressed. Bonus: It also works to set makeup.
I'm addicted to this spray now and have bought two full size cans of it already! It's a great hydrator when you're feeling a little dried out or for a nice cool spritz during the hot weather. I like to prior to moisturizing if my skin is feeling dry, so I'm locking in the moisture, not the dryness.5
Loveeeeeeeeeeeeee thissssss stufffffffff. A great product no doubt about it5
This product is actually really good. It left my hair soften5
this stuff is addictive! i never thought i'd enjoy spraying myself in the face with water so much. it just feels so nice! and you literally are dewy after, so it's a win-win.5
WHEN I MEAN I LOVE THIS PRODUCT I LOVE IT I CALL IT THE FOUTAIN IF YOUTH MAKES YOUR FACE FELL SO CLEAN AND REFRESHED5
I have no idea how this is amazing... let me tell you, I want to bathe in it. And no, not all of these products are created equal (in my experience). Avene is hands down the best:
I got into spritzing water on my face months ago. Trying to treat adult acne with only natural remedies turned out to be just as drying as modern chemical treatments. I first tried a cosmetic water-spray at a duty free shop in LAX back in May (can't remember brand). I was intrigued as it provided relief from dry skin, but they are ungodly pricey... I mean, its just water in a can, right? So I started cheaply, using distilled water in a glass spray bottle. This was alright, but seemed to have little impact on my overall skin quality. In January, I bought a travel sized Evian spray from Sephora. It was definitely more satisfying than the distilled water, but did not blow me away in terms of any benefits other than it was refreshing and cooling. It is also relatively expensive. That's when I noticed the reviews for Avene....
Compared to Evian, Avene is cheaper. It is easier to purchase on Amazon (more free shipping and/or Prime options) It is also, I believe, a huge factor in the recent improvement my skin, where I have changed nothing else. My face is softer, has a more even tone, less breakouts and when they do occur, they are smaller and less inflamed. It feels sooooo good (watch the addictive component!) but it really is just that great. Believe the reviews and ignore your mind telling you that buying water in a can is absurd. It is probably one of the best things I've ever found. If you have eczema, acne, dry skin, uneven tone, or you spend all day indoors, this will change your life.
Oh my goodness I love this. It's a spray too so it's easy and convenient to use. My older and dehydrated face soaked this up.5
I absolutely love this product! It's a nice light spray and it helps hydrate my skin, especially in winter when it's so cold! I have been wanting to try this product for a while and was so excited when I finally received it in my box! I also absolutely love the price and will be ordering once I've finished the sample. I was also extremely pleased with the size of the sample!5
Love it in the morning to wake me up. It's kept my skin hydrated well and really fives you that boost to start the day off right5
I have allergies and sometimes my face gets a bit red and irritated from my cat and I use this and it provides some relief from the itchy spots.5
