Dermatologists and beauty editors agree: this hydrating, rebalancing mist—sourced from the medicinal springs in Avène, France—is both refreshing and incredibly powerful. Backed by over 300 clinical studies (not to mention centuries of dermatological treatment), this multitasker soothes redness and calms all sorts of skin troubles—from sunburns to allergic reactions to eczema and itching sensations. Use it as a morning toner, spritz it as a mid-day refresher, or keep it in your purse for moments when skin is stressed. Bonus: It also works to set makeup.
I had never heard of anything like this before, but when it's 100 degrees outside this sure is a nice luxury to have.5
In one word, that is what I think about this product. Refreshing to use and reliable at setting my make-up. I used it for a couple nights out with friends and family, and I found myself not worrying about my make-up and confident that it was set. One of my favorite products from this box, and one that I'll use over and over again!4
I have no need for this product although many rave about the uses when refreshing once traveling. Not for me.3
I love how it sets in makeup soothes skin and gives a nice hydrated look4
Needless to say, I was a little confused as to why this is considered a beauty product. It's just water in an air compressed can...if you want a watery mist for your skin, you could just use a spray bottle behind a fan.1
I love this stuff!!! I happen to be a very busty woman and it has been a very hot summer here in Texas! so you can imagine the heat rash I get underneath I spray that mist on it and it's immediate relief and instant cooling and the rash is gone in minutes!!!3
I used this to hydrate my face before putting on my makeup, and it felt refreshing and cooling. However, it felt like regular water. I didn't notice any difference between this spray bottle and tap water.2
But it feels so good! Spray is refreshing and clean (it's water). I'd likely never but it but I enjoy the sample.4
Not for me, but it does work well. I cannot lie! I'm just picky about what I spray on my face cause I have sensitive acne prone skin.3
Not exactly sure how canned water is supposed to help my skin troubles, but it certainly does feel refreshing to spritz some on a hot day!1
