Dermatologists and beauty editors agree: this hydrating, rebalancing mist—sourced from the medicinal springs in Avène, France—is both refreshing and incredibly powerful. Backed by over 300 clinical studies (not to mention centuries of dermatological treatment), this multitasker soothes redness and calms all sorts of skin troubles—from sunburns to allergic reactions to eczema and itching sensations. Use it as a morning toner, spritz it as a mid-day refresher, or keep it in your purse for moments when skin is stressed. Bonus: It also works to set makeup.
I have sensitive skin. Spray was cooling, but otherwise neutral. I used it to "set" my makeup, but hard to tell if it did its job since the season of humidity is gone. Currently undecided as to the effectiveness of this product.3
This mist is nice because it feels like a spa when you use it-- you feel like you're pampering yourself and it's really refreshing! On the other hand, I'm not really sure why it's necessary, but I liked the sample!5
This reminded me of when Evian first came out 20 years ago? I mean I looked at some of the other reviews and I have to agree. I keep a small sprits bottle w a touch of lavender essential oil and mist that all over whenever I need a pick me up. This gets tossed in the summer lotion bag for beach if it will even work then. My first box, switched over from another monthly and so far not impressed3
Which makes the $14 price tag seem a little more ridiculous. This mist feels nice on a hot day, but otherwise did nothing for my skin and/or makeup. Reminds me of one of those misting handheld fans people use while sitting out by a pool.1
I actually haven't gotten the chance to use this product very much because my boyfriend stole it from me. He wakes up in the morning and yells "SPRITZER" and squirts himself in the face and starts his day. He says he rates this product a 100 so I'm thinking he is pretty satisfied.5
I would not purchase this for the price, I don't see the point.4
This product is amazing and now one of my favorites and can't live without. It set's my make up and makes my skin feel great all day.5
I wish this product was a added sample. It's french water in a can which I guess makes you feel fancy but in reality it is just water in a can. It does feel good when you spray it on your face but like many of the comments say, you can just get a spray bottle and spritz your face and it would feel just as nice.2
I usually use rose water as a mist for my face so I was excited to try a different mist! Although this feels really nice and refreshing, I don't think I can bring myself to actually purchase it because it seems just like water. I love the generous sample size though and I still use it!4
This product is literally water in a bottle. Not worth spending money on to get a spray bottle filled with water1
