You'll see a lot of reviews the call this expensive water in a can, but that's not all it is, at all. Personally I loved it as someone with weird overly sensitive skin. I was naturaly really skeptical of this even after trying it and loving it. But seriously do any amount of research (I read through about 100 pages of studies) and you'll see thermal spring water is special. It's free of everything bad you'd find in tap water and over thousand of years this water filters through various mineral causing it to take on special properties. Studies have been done showing it reduces adverse skin reactions, helps healing time, reduces inflammation balances pH and protects skin cells from premature cell death. So don't blindly call this water in a can, the science is there to back it up. I love this, and I'm going to buy the full size. My skin is soft, redness free, itch free, even toned and stays fresh and dew-y. I'm allergic to so many chemicals in products these days and this is just wonderful.
