Individually, each of these stila shadows packs plenty of enticing pigment. But together, they’re sure to become a staple of your makeup collection. With ten gorgeous shadows in neutral and metallic tones—plus the versatile smudge stick waterproof liner in Damsel — this palette will inspire endless beauty looks. A $118 value!
This was not a sample it was a card with eye shadow smeared on it. Extremely disappointed.1
My favorite thing about this palette is the eyeliner. The eyeshadows are not very pigmented and the formula isn't very nice. Kitten isn't worth the hype.2
I recently bought this palette and was very dissapointed. The packaging is just cardboard so it's flimsy and wont pack well. Also the biggest problem is that the shadows are not pigmented. If you're pale they will all have color, but if you're tan like me most of them dont show up and the dark colors are too sheer. Definately not worth it. I would rather just spend the extra 20 and get the more pigmented Naked palette.2
If you are looking for a neutral pallet this is a great option. I already own several from Urban Decay, Bare Minerals and Too Faced so this wasn't anything I needed. It wasn't anything fun or special. Everyone has their go to basic shades. I need color!2
I thought it was an ok eyeshadow pallet. The colors were soft but not as pigmented as they could be. They aren't like MAC, the pigmentation is little weaker. Its not that bad but i didn't "dig" it.2
This palette didn't really work for me. I was looking for a mix of shades, but this mix wasn't cohesive enough. The formula was also poor - not well pigmented and the packaging too flimsy. Eye pencil was very nice.3
If you have sensitive skin or eyes, steer clear of this palette. I've never had a problem with sparkly, shimmery shadows before this one. I use the lightest shades quite often, but all of the glittery ones (the blue, brown, and copper) sting the eyes.
I still give this palette a three-star rating because of the shimmery light colors, which stay all day and look lovely in a smokey eye or on their own.
This is a a beautiful palette that is very versatile. It works very well to go from day to night. My only complaint is that it isn't durable. My shadow's started breaking within a few weeks. The shimmers also have a lot of fallout. Otherwise, no problems.3
Don't get me wrong, I like this palette. I think the eyeliner is awesome, and the colors are versitile and great for everyday because they're very neutral. The shadow goes on super smooth and feels nice. It's just not what I was expecting.
Maybe it's just my 2 computers and my phone (doubtful), but the colors online look brighter and more sparkly than they are in person. Online I see pinkish tones, golds, and a light blue, but in person they're just different shades of brown, beige, gold, muted blue and black. Everything's just a little more drab than I expected.
I was hoping for more color in the pallet. There is little difference in the colors. I say just OK.3
