Thanks to this easy-to-use matte liquid liner, achieving a ’60s-inspired cat eye look is a breeze. The long handle gives you maximum control over each stroke, even if you lack the technique of a pro makeup artist. The best part? The dramatic noir shade dries quickly, ensuring smudge-free results.
I bought this because I was looking for an intense liquid eyeliner that wouldn't clump bc I'm kind of slow at putting it on since I'm new to the whole eyeliner thing. It went on smooth and since the felt tip is so thin and pointy, it made it easier to put it on evenly without having the line to big. My favorite thing was that I could put this on my waterline without it running into my eyes
4This is a great liquid liner, whether you're a makeup beginner or expert. The tip is fine enough for a great line, and it dries super fast so you don't have to worry about smudging once it's in place. The matte finish is a nice touch. I like how compact it is, too, so I can bring it with me if I need to freshen up my look.
4This black liquid liner offers great, dense color. The applicator is felt tip marker style but it is fairly long and not very stiff, so it's important not to apply too much pressure or it will bend in half. It's easy to create a cat eye or a winged effect with this liner for a dramatic evening look. I would like this better if the formula were water proof and if it dried faster once on the lid. It smears easily because it stays wet for a long while after applied. I would also prefer a stiffer applicator tip. I like Stila's waterproof liquid marker a little better.
4this is probably one of the best liquid liners i've ever had, and i wear black liquid liner pretty much every day. it stays in place on my oily eyelids, is easy to use, and doesn't dry out or flake away. however, $17 is a lot to pay when the l'oreal lineur intense in carbon black is practically identical in formula. I say, try this if you love the l'oreal one (or the lancome eyeliner) for a cute little splurge. :)
