This innovative lash enhancer may look like an ordinary mascara, but the similarities end there. The high-tech gel formula combines a flattering black pigment with a nourishing cocktail of ingredients to prime, condition, darken, and lengthen your lashes. It goes on smoothly and won’t clump or smudge, so you don’t have to worry about your eye makeup wandering all over the place. Plus, the non-allergenic formula is made without sulfates, parabens, or artificial fragrances.
I do not really see the difference between this and a drug store mascara. I would not pay $28 for mascara so i will not likely purchase this. I have long, dark eyelashes naturally therefore cheap mascara works fine for me. This may work great for women with light, short lashes but not for me.3
I like how easy it is to apply - no clumps or smearing!5
I love the products that came out with the lash boosting serum to help with the growth and fullness of the lashes. This is a very good one and also has the perfect color. One coat for a more soft natural look or two for a darker rich look. Gives your lashes the fullness while waiting for the serum to do its magic.4
looks very good on, lasted all day without flaking. That impressed me!4
The gel went on smoothly and was a nice alternative to the thick and sometimes chalky standard mascara. It was however a little but clumpy on application and I had to sweep a few times to get the clumps out. But overall a very nice darkening of the lashes to make them more prominent but without that harsh overdone look.
The thin diameter of the bottle was a bit awkward to open and handle, but it's a decent size sample that I can use for probably a good month or so. I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay the $30 for a full size product, not unless it REALLY turns out to impress me over time.
I am not sold on this yet. I am glad it came in a size that allows you to try it a few times. My eyes itched all day, hoping it was allergies and not the product.3
I thought it was ok, but not spectacular. However, the mascara wand for the sample was very poor and difficult to use without clumping. Perhaps with a better wand I'd get better results.3
Sample size was awkwardly small. It did alot for the length, not so much for the volume, made the lashes a tad clustery but did not clump!3
There are a couple of things that I really like about this mascara. First, it keeps my lashes feeling soft and pliant, second, it holds a great curl. I've found that many mascaras weigh my lashes down to the point where you can't tell if I've curled them at all. That being said, I my lashes looked virtually unchanged from when I'm not wearing mascara. I might consider using it as a base before I apply my regular mascara, but I don't think I'd be willing to pay $28 for a product I wear under my everyday makeup.3
I understand the basics of why I should use it but I'm not sure if it's really necessary. I can't say that I ever thought my lashes could use some conditioning. I appreciate the fact that the gel is black to use during the day but the formula is wet so my lashes were clumping together and my-just-curled look was now straightened. I just can't justify spending money on this product.2
