Even the mightiest and most protective cream can’t change the simple fact that getting a clean shave means attacking your defenseless face with a deadly weapon. That’s why even a textbook perfect shaving session requires follow-up shielding and repair. Chosen as Men’s Health’s Best New Post Shave product in 2011, Kyoku’s crisp and citrusy repair balm has rare Japanese herbs to soothe skin and calm redness. Think of it like a peace treaty. At least until the next shave.
My husband is in the military and has to shave on a daily basis--it wreaks havoc on his skin. This stuff has been helping a lot with the redness and irritation he was exhibiting.5
My boyfriend loved this gift! He tends to get razor burn, and he said the balm has made a big difference. We both like the smell, and it's also worked well as a moisturizer (and he has really sensitive skin). Will definitely be purchasing again.5
I've sampled many different after shaves and while most do a good job with razor burn, this one worked the best. have never experienced razor burn with this product and am interested to try this brands other products.5
Couldn't ask for anything to work better. I can scratch myself with my razor and this takes all the redness out. No more going to work looking like the razor got the best of you.5
I was expecting a bit more from this aftershave balm. Other Kyoku products smell great, this just does it's job.2
I was looking foward to using this, but came away not too impressed. Mild smell, like lotion, and does not cool skin that well. Also, wondering which "ancient herbs" they say are in this because there is no distinctive scent.
