Between the lush, moisturizing formula and the eye-catching bottle, this shampoo inspires obsession-level devotion. Perfect for all hair types and textures, the restorative formula is designed to fight dryness and tame temperamental locks. It’s gentle enough to use every day and features a delicious floral scent.
So I love this brand. Decided to try this after using the hair oil for awhile. Def worth it. No, the shampoo does not foam up a lot, but neither do any of my more $ shampoos. My hair still feels squeaky clean after, but not brittle. I highly recommend this shampoo if you like the brand and have the money. My hair is soft, supple and not all frizzy. And I have split ends and haven't gotten a hair cut in months. I have the ombré look without the dye job.5
I got the sample in my BB and decided to take the plunge and buy the full size, even though the price tag is about 5 times more than I normally spend on shampoo! This and the conditioner are amazing products. Smell great and make my hair look AMAZING. But I can't get over the price--so ultimately this will be a treat that I buy every once in a while. And for the rest of the time, I will settle for less amazing hair but more money in my pocket.5
Wonderful shampoo and the conditioner is great too. I have dry colored hair and this product works. A little pricey but worth it.5
I bought this along with the conditioner a while back hoping to cure my dry hair. As pretty as the bottle is and as nice as it smells, it doesn't actually help dry hair very much. There's hardly any lather and it's very liquid, which I'd heard was supposed to be the point, but I have long-ish hair and I ended up using a lot of product each time I washed. For how much you pay for it, each use made me feel guilty that I was overusing the product and yet wasn't getting the results I was hoping for. The smell is nice, but doesn't last long and I didn't notice a huge improvement in the texture of my locks.1
You know that moment when you're done shampooing, before you've put on your conditioner, and your hair feels a little bit dry? You don't have that moment with this shampoo - it does a fantastic job of moisturizing all on its own. It's a little bit of a splurge, but considering how much emphasis I put on hair health in my beauty routine, it's worth the money. I love this!5
I give this in the middle ratings, because I might not end up using this but handing it off to someone else. Looks cute, smells great!3
All I can say is WOW! This product is extremely moisturizing and paired with the matching mask in the collection it makes my hair look like I stepped out of a magazine. My only complaint is that this product is very thin so it takes a lot to cover my long hair.4
My thick, frizzy hair felt so smooth and salon-like after using this product. I was very impressed and haven't experienced a product as effective as this.5
I have been a Shu Uemura consumer for three decades part of the time actually sending to Tokyo, where Mr. Shu Uemura had his satellite store and was gracious enough to send me the colors he thought would look best on me for that upcoming season. I met him at a Tea Ceremony in 1989 and will never forget his gracious, kind manner. So when I found out that Shu Uemura now has hair products, I couldn't wait to try them so I started with this first since it sounded like the most healing. My hair has been damaged over the past sixteen months from strong medications and I'm hoping that the magic of Mr. Shu Uemura will be there in this shampoo. Time will tell:~>5
These two products came together in very beautiful folder, and I tried them together and the were excellent. My dry hair seemed moisturized, healthy and shiny after I used these two products, so I would say they are excellent and would buy the items.5
