It’s a well-documented fact that nothing brightens up your complexion like a bit of blush. While exercise or an embarrassing joke is a sure-fire way to give your cheeks rosy flush, we’d rather rely on Benefit’s versatile powders. Each of these gorgeous shades can be used for sculpting and contouring your features or adding a subtle tint to cheeks. The square compacts come with a built-in mirror, plus a soft mini-brush made from natural bristles. All four silky shades blend easily and work on all skin tones.
I bought this powder because I liked the idea of a nice light pink blush. The color is very sweet looking. But once I applied it, I got nothing. I couldn't tell anything was even there. I have fair skin so maybe the color just matched too well with my own natural pinky undertones? I thought it was me, but when I returned the product at a Benefit retailer, the Benefit employee echoed my feelings and basically said Dandelion is good if you want a very, extremely, light, barely there effect. If I'm paying $28 I want to see something! I exchanged it for another Benefit box blush and am much happier!
It was ok I expected better it doesn't last a long time. I expected it to be light but with it not lasting a just choose my other blushes instead
I didn't expect the high pigment. Dallas is not a sheer blush, and it would work best for medium to dark skin tones. It is more like a bronzer with a plum tone to it.
I like this blush. I wear it with Hoola bronzer and Sunbeam highlighter. I think that combination works well. I don't think I could wear this with out a highlighter to tone it down a bit.
I really was excited to try this since everyone raves about these blushes. I love the color BUT I wish it would last on my face. I do use a primer. I use Elf's blush in pink passion and that lasts so much longer and it cost sooo much less. I ll continue to use it but probably won't spend that kind of money on a other blush like this. =\
I purchased Bella Bomba, which is a very shimmery watermelon shade. Gorgeous shade, gorgeous scent, glides on and blends well. It has a TON of shimmer, though, so you definitely won't need a highlighter and it wouldn't be a great choice for mature skin. If you want bold blush with a teensy shimmer, this is not for you. If you want a sheer flush with a bit of shimmer, this is perfect. Cha cha tint is still my favorite; I like controlling the amount and placement of shimmer on my face. Too much just makes the less versatile for me.
I own the dandelion one and it's the perfect every day blush. It complements my skin tone so well throughout the whole year :) my go to blush
This is a very subtle pink. It's perfect for my winter-time pale skin. I have nearly all of Benefit's boxed powders. I'm a huge fan.
Dandelion is super light - it's pretty, but it's very light. If you're looking for an everyday look or just want a touch of color this might be what you're looking for.
Love this brand for blush. I use the Dallas and have used another blush color before by Benefit. Great container and brush that is compact, and the blush lasts a long time before a replacement is needed.
