Pimples happen (more often than we’d like). When we were teens, we applied harsh products that made our skin angry and red, without getting rid of the zits. Now we know that it’s not just about strong products, it’s about smart products, like this targeted serum. The fruit-based formula helps clear blemishes and even out texture, and the rollerball lets you apply it only where you need it. It's also great for on-the-go — tuck it in your makeup bag or take it along on trips.
I used this consistently for 2 weeks on one problem area. Did not help me at all. Worst part is after applying it, it makes the area super red and that makes my pimples look a million times worse. Still saw the redness through my foundation so I only applied it at night. I'm probably going to stop the product on off chance it is making things worse.2
I purchased this based on all of the great reviews, it sounded like it would be very effective for my acne-prone skin. The first week, I saw some improvement but now my skin is worse than before and shows no sign of abatement. I really had high hopes for this product and now I am just left with disappointment and even more acne than before. I like the applicator and it doesn't smell too strongly, but the amount of product it uses when applying doesn't justify the cost. I will definitely be looking at other options!2
I've used this several times in hopes it would work but it doesn't. I've used it and only had my breakouts get worse. It smells ok and has a nice roller for applying but it simply doesn't do the job.2
Smells nice and didn't dry out my skin but haven't seen any improvement in the random zit and have been using it for about 2 weeks now.2
I would have to say that if you want results that are quicker, diluted tea tree oil would do a better job. Sadly. :(2
I bought this to use as a spot treatment - and it is not at all effective in fighting existing blemishes. I was disappointed since I love another product from the brand.2
I was not very impressed with this product. It's too runny and was hard to apply as a spot treatment. On top of that, it didn't really work. I won't buy this product.2
I was pretty disappointed with this product. I applied to a zit for the last few days and it has grown significantly and gotten much redder than my zits usually do. It feels good when you put it on and doesn't leave residue, goes on clear so that's good.2
I can't really say that this stuff does anything. I still use it, and am a little more than 1/2 way through with it. This little product will last you a long time. I am not crazy with the smell, I like natural scents, and this has one of those natural scents, but I am not totally liking the smell. I think it is helpful in keeping the skin around the pimple hydrated since pimples can sometimes dry out, but I can't really say that I saw any difference in this clearing my blemishes or healing them faster. It leaves a rather noticeable shiny spot on your face wherever you apply it and it doesn't always work well under makeup. I honestly saw more results using the $1 e.l.f. Zit Remover roller ball. If used, I would suggest using at night before bed, after cleansing and before moisturizer, creams, or face oils.2
I like this spot treatment but it is very frustrating to use the roll-on application. I have tried this on several breakouts and didn't notice a huge difference although I believe it stopped them from becoming worse. I will say that the roll-on application allows for a super convenient and portable design though. Overall, I would be much happier if this same product came in a tube that was easier to squeeze out and apply.3
