Legend has it that the ancient Egyptians invented mascara by lining their eyes with kohl. Lucky for us, the makeup bag staple has come a long way since Cleopatra’s time. Case in point: this high-tech volumizing formula from FusionBeauty. The creamy formula glides on easily, and it’s full of nutrients to promote thicker, less brittle lashes. The oversized wand is designed to help you thoroughly coat each lash.
I really enjoyed using this mascara. Goes on well, even with the oversized wand which I was initially worried about. Don't feel like my lashes are especially volumized compared to other mascaras.3
Mascara is one of my favorite staples, but this was a huge let down. I had a lot of clumping problems and just wasn't a big fan.2
This mascara is a little too thick to use easily; you have too wipe a good deal of it off the brush before applying. That said, it doesn't flake off, so I like to use it on my bottom lashes.3
I like the formula of the mascara itself. I know this is a weird thing to say about a mascara, but it actually smelled really good. I'm not a huge fan of the wand. It made the mascara clump, and it was too large to really get all of the lashes.3
Like many other reviewers, the LashFusion XL sample I received in my birchbox was completely dried out and all the bristles on the mascara brush were clumped/stuck together. I'm assuming this was a defective product or else I have no idea how FushionBeauty would be making any money off this worthless product.2
I got this as a sample. It was okay mascara, but didn't seem different from $6 drugstore mascara. Definitely not worth the $24 price tag.3
I got this mascara in my monthly box. Ive never had a problem with things being broken or not as they should be. This was not the case with this mascara. I couldn't even use this because it was dried out and the brush was all clumped together. I was disappointed because I am always looking for new mascara because my eyelashes are so short.1
This mascera went on well, and didn't flake. But I didn't really see what was so wonderful about it enough to spend so much money.2
Was dry, didn't apply well. I think it's a horrible product or it came defective. The Egyptians will be rolling over in their tombs.1
My first thought was that the company sent Birchbox their old inventory (why throw it out when we can give it away). Reading the other reviews, my thoughts have split to either a worthless product or a worthless marketing director who thought Birchbox subscribers were not savy enough to review something so dry and unusable that i just tossed it put and never thought about it agian until i looked to see what pthers had written. What a community we great community we have here.1
