This decadent shave cream from Whish one-ups its competitors. Made in the U.S. with eco-friendly ingredients, the non-drying formula gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture. And, unlike its distant peers, it’s designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin over time—and even help prevent ingrown hairs and razor bumps.
Not a big fan. The shaving cream isn't very thick and did not stay on very good in the shower. Also, the smell isn't very appealing.1
While this cream is moisturizing, it has an odor akin to rotten fruit. The smell was so strong and overwhelming, I wondered if my sample was expired.1
Outside of the lovely fragrance (grapefruit!), this product was terrible. It clogged up my razor too much so that the razor couldn't shave its destination. A little did NOT go a long way with this product. It just didn't get the job done.1
This shaving cream is everything that I would look for in a high quality bath product- natural ingediants, a nondrying formula, and fun packaging. However, the grapefruit scent was so awful that I cannot stand to use it. Good product but I would definitely buy a different scent.1
I tried this product this morning. The smell alone was pretty unpleasant and I did not feel a difference with this shave cream versus the can shave cream or even conditioner.1
This shaving cream was very moisturizing, however, it didn't fair well with my razor. It left my razor blade with a thick glob of product (even though I used a thin amount.) The product also didn't lather like I am used to in a shaving cream.1
I first noticed that the smell reminded me of an old tanning lotion that I used back in high school. It immediately put me off, but I gave the product a shot anyways. I don't like shaving creams that do not lather and maybe I wasn't using enough of the shaving cream, but it felt like I was shaving without any shaving cream at all and noticed some razor burn when I got out of the shower. Not a fan.1
I really wanted to like this product, but it smells a little funny - in an unpleasant way actually. It's also not as lathering as I would want in a shave cream.1
The smell and texture of this product are both very unfortunate. I would describe the texture as liquidy-lumpy. It would not lather, and actually provided less lubrication than a plain old bar of soap. The smell is awful, and completely perplexes me, to the point that I would believe that I had gotten a defective product if not for the other reviewers that had the same experience. After using it, I smelled as if I had been ill and not bathed in days. It was a terrible smell, and I had to wash my legs afterward to rid myself of the stink.
I ended up throwing this tube out. If it had either an appealing scent or provided decent lubrication for a shave, I would have kept it, but saw no point in keeping something that had neither decent fragrance or utilitarian value.
Didn't love it. Worked well but didn't smell great.1
