This decadent shave cream from gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture—and is made in the U.S. from eco-friendly ingredients. And, unlike its distant peers, this formula is designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin. A moisturizing base of omega-rich squalene, organic shea butter, jojoba oil, and coconut oil protects against the redness and irritation associated with shaving, while organic green tea extracts infuse skin with antioxidants.
I was not really sure if I liked it. Sample way to small for both legs and underarms.2
Excellent idea, but it failed to reach its own expectations. Product went on like a lotion, something I found interesting, but as a result led to a close, uncomfortable, and rather dry shave. Afterwards, I still had to moisturize as per usual and in this case I had to moisturize more --as a result of the near bone dry shave. I'll just say, though, that I'm not sure if it was the product or the sample size. I have a hunch that getting the benefits this product offers means applying an abnormal amount.2
I was excited to try this product in my BirchBox. It had a great concept. I wasn't very fond of the smell, but that all depends on your taste. The reason why I didn't like Whish shaving cream is because I got more cuts on my legs shaving with this than my regular shaving cream. I also didn't like how it got all junked up in my razor. I really enjoy shaving so taking the extra time to clean out my razor inbetween was annoying and frustrating. Took me twice as long to shave plus I got cuts on my legs and I wasn't particularly fond of the smell.2
I absolutely did not like this product specificly because I like thick, rich shaving cream. This product is not effective. I get a 10x better shave with store brand2
Whish I were more satisified. The product wasn't bad, I just didn't find it worth the cost.2
It took a lot if this product to shave my legs. While it was moisturizing , it would be way too expensive for me to buy especially since I wouldn't get many uses per container.2
The smell was very nice, but as a shaving cream overall it was ineffective. It practically smeared off against my wet leg unlike regular shaving creams that can withstand a little water. It was not thick at all and I actually cut myself shaving. Some of this may have to do with the size of the sample, but I probably would not recommend this product.2
This doesn't really offer any lubrication for shaving. Its kind of thick in consistency and builds up quickly in your razor. I'd rather use soap or my hair conditioner.2
I was disappointed in this product. Although it smells amazing, it did not do what one would minimally expect of a shaving cream. It does not lather, it requires a lot of application to shave, and it actually did a worse job than drugstore shaving creams.2
I didn't care for the shaving cream mainly because I use a nice body soap and don't think I would buy another separate product to do the same thing. Seemed fine enough but didn't feel it did anything special for me.2
