This decadent shave cream from gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture—and is made in the U.S. from eco-friendly ingredients. And, unlike its distant peers, this formula is designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin. A moisturizing base of omega-rich squalene, organic shea butter, jojoba oil, and coconut oil protects against the redness and irritation associated with shaving, while organic green tea extracts infuse skin with antioxidants.
While its a good idea in theory, I don't really see where this fits into my daily life. It's overpriced for what it does and I can always just go purchase some shaving cream for much cheaper and it will do the same job. To some with super sensitive skin, this product might be more useful. It just isn't necessary in my daily life.2
I was excited to use this but it was very disappointing. It was very thin and left my legs with a rough starchy feeling. And it clogged up my razor. Not my favorite.2
While I liked the cream, it didn't dissolve well and left a gunk all over my bathtub that didn't easily wash away.2
I wasn't a big fan of this product. I feel like the cream didn't go on thick enough there for causing friction in some areas when shaved. I personally prefer shaving products that foam up.2
this product didn't do anything to moisturize my skin it, to me, it would have been the same to shave with soap. I also didn't real enjoy the smell.2
I wasn't a huge fan of this shaving product. I had high hopes that it would be thicker and make my skin softer. The smell wasn't that great either.2
I was excited to try this because the packaging was super cute and I loved the name Whish, but it left me feeling whish-less.... I was not a fan of the smell! I did like how it glided over my skin and left it feeling smooth. If this was in a different scent I would be all on it!2
This stuff has a very fresh and bright grapefruit scent that I loved, but that was all I loved. I didn't feel like it gave much more cushion or protection than a body wash or conditioner and it gunked up my razor. It also left behind a film that felt strange on the skin and was difficult to rinse off.2
I was excited to get shaving cream in my box this month. But it was a let down. It didn't moisturize enough and left me with razor burn. I usually use a cheap store brand conditioner as a shaving cream, and that works way better and is much more economical than this product.2
When I received this sample in my Birchbox, I was super excited -- my shaving cream had just run out. I drew a bath for myself and gave it a whirl. The cream definitely has a luxurious texture, but it does not foam into lather like the shave cream I am used to. My razor didn't move as smoothly on my legs as it does with my regular shave cream, and this cream created a residue on the razor and seemed to get stuck in the blades. My legs definitely felt moisturized after the shave, but the texture thing was too annoying for me to purchase this again.2
