This decadent shave cream from gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture—and is made in the U.S. from eco-friendly ingredients. And, unlike its distant peers, this formula is designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin. A moisturizing base of omega-rich squalene, organic shea butter, jojoba oil, and coconut oil protects against the redness and irritation associated with shaving, while organic green tea extracts infuse skin with antioxidants.
My skin isn't that sensitive and I don't need to use shaving cream; I just stick with soap and water. I would've liked this shaving cream to lather, because it just seemed really thick and heavy. The grapefruit acai scent smelled nice though.2
I usually don't use shaving lotion, so I felt all fancy using something other than shampoo. But. I miss the foam. And the residue it leaves behind makes my skin squeaky. Not in a good way. I like the scent though. And the packaging is adorable.2
I was excited to try out this new shaving cream as I really needed to shave my legs. First though, the smell is unbearable. I had the Acai Grapefruit and it was not a pleasant thing.
The texture was smooth and lovely going on and I felt like it gave me a much closer shave than my normal foam shaving cream but afterward, I still had to apply lotion and could not tell a difference in this product rather than the one I use, which is considerably cheaper.
I would definitely rather use a light soap on my legs to shave with since I have sensitive skin. And anything thick is just hard to shave with since I have to go over it a few times. This smelled very nice though. Just not my kind of product.2
This smells great, but shaving is not a task I would invest much in.2
This product was almost messy. It is a lotion which tended to run, and smeared on unevenly. I'll stick to a gel.2
I stopped using shaving cream years ago (in favor of using cheaper and more moisturizing conditioners on my legs), but I wanted to give the grapefruit acai scented Whish Shave Crave Shaving Cream a try to see if maybe I’ve been missing out all this time. While the Whish cream gave a smooth, close shave, it also left my legs feeling squeaky clean when I finished (somewhat of a red flag for someone with dry skin). I’ll finish off this sample, but would not plan to purchase a full size.2
I did not like the smell of this product at all. Not only that, but I really didn't see a difference between this and shaving lotion you'd buy at your local drug store. I just don't see the draw of buying this online and spending the extra money.2
This shaving creme feels nice and works well, but I thought the scent was too overwhelming.2
It is nice and smooth when you first put it on but it then builds up in the razor. Once you wash it off it feels like you used a dry bar of soap instead of a "moisturizing" shaving cream...2
