This decadent shave cream from Whish one-ups its competitors. Made in the U.S. with eco-friendly ingredients, the non-drying formula gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture. And, unlike its distant peers, it’s designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin over time—and even help prevent ingrown hairs and razor bumps.
I was very interested in trying this product, as I don't care for high lather shave creams. I typically just use my shower gel, which works just fine for me. I found that I had to use a lot of product to get coverage on my legs. Wherever I didn't put a thick enough layer of cream, my razor pulled at my skin and was very uncomfortable. I think I'll just stick with my regular procedure.3
The smell is great! I just don't know where it fits as far as product lines. It gave a decent enough shave but I couldn't really tell where the cream was applied on the leg since it is not a foam and I have no idea if it really stayed put once I put it on my leg or I was just dry shaving w/o the cream.3
This is a good cream for shaving but I can not. Get past the smell. I am not sure if it is supposed to be grapefruit or what but I do bnot like it.3
I got the Whish shave cream in grapefruit. It smells nice, is rich, non-foaming, and moisurizing. A little bit goes a long way. But, conditioner does the same thing for far cheaper, so this product doesn't really warrant the price.3
This product works great for shaving. It allows you to get a close shave (assuming you have a good razor) and moisturizers simultaneously. The consistency of the shaving "cream" is very weird... reminds me of yogurt or something. Also, the smell is very faint! Wish it was a stronger scent to make shaving a more fun experience.3
Naming it "shaving cream" felt a little misleading because it was more like a shaving lotion. The smell was understated and sweet, and it did moisturize well but didn't seem to make shaving any easier or smoother. The lotion-like consistency also means that it doesn't spread very thinly, so I went through the tube very quickly.3
I thought it smelled delish, I expected more foam, wasn't anything special for shaving, don't think I would buy a full size tube, I really loved the smell3
I think is a very good product but I dont thinnk I would spend $20 in a shaving cream, you still have to use body lotion so I'll rather use my $2.99 shaving cream3
I loved the scent, but the cream itself wasn't the best I've seen. I know it's not supposed to foam and lather up a lot, but it didn't really make my skin any softer either.3
Made my skin feel much softer than products I've used in the past! However, the acai-grapefruit smell combo was a little over powering and it seems I have to use quite a bit of product each time, so probably not quite worth the price in my opinion.3
