This decadent shave cream from gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture—and is made in the U.S. from eco-friendly ingredients. And, unlike its distant peers, this formula is designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin. A moisturizing base of omega-rich squalene, organic shea butter, jojoba oil, and coconut oil protects against the redness and irritation associated with shaving, while organic green tea extracts infuse skin with antioxidants.
I loved this shaving cream. It smelled pretty good, and it made my skin feel really smooth after shaving. I have a probably with getting razor burn after I shave (my skin is super sensitive) but I didn't have any problems after using this shaving cream. I would definitely recommend it.5
I received this product in my August Birchbox and it was wonderful! I spread nicely, smelled great, and moisturized my legs! I will definitely be purchasing this in the future!5
This shaving cream works very will and the texture is very thick, making for a great shave. I will use this is my travel bag.5
I received the Acai Grapefruit scent of this lovely product. I shave every day in the summer, so I really got to test this cream throughly...and I love it. It really softens the hair on your legs and bikini area and allows the razor to just glide over your skin. I didn't experience any nicks, ingrown hairs, bumps or anything negative while using this cream. I thought the sample size was great--it was enough to truly determine how the product worked. I will definitely be buying this again.5
Decent shave cream and good sized sample, but I think Skintimate is more affordable and smells better. Overall, a good product but will not buy full size.5
I loved this sample. I rarely even buy shave cream, I am a shampoo/conditioner leg shaving kind of girl. I loved the smell. I received the Acai / grapefruit scented one through Birchbox. It worked beautifully and I didn't have to go over the spots a second time like I do when I use soap or (eek) my husbands shave cream. Smelled great, worked great. The only reason I would not purchase this for myself is the price $20 for shave cream is a little beyond my budget. Maybe I would purchase the sample size.5
I am really picky with my shaving creams, and Whish products have been a holy grail for me with body products, including this shaving cream. Pomegrante is their signature scent, but this Acai Grapefruit is a close No. 2. This is a fabulous alternative to the foam, aerosol shaving creams.5
When I first smelled this product (I received Acai Grapefruit as my sample) it smelled terrific. After lathering on my legs prior to shaving, it had a distinct soapy smell with a hint of grapefruit that lingered a few hours after shaving. That is the absolute only downside to this product. For the actual shave, it was one of the closest shaves I have been able to achieve, and I even used a no where near sharp razor. I imagine this is due to the coconut oil used in the formula that made my skin so soft and absolutely no irritation. I am very likely to purchase this in full size (just maybe a different scent, did I see Lavender?5
This shaving cream is very effective, and I feel a little more hydrated than when I use my regular shaving products. I see that a lot of people objected to the sampled scent (acai grapefruit) of this shaving cream, but I have to say, it's largely a matter of personal opinion. To me, grapefruit smells like Florida, like waking up on a quiet morning to sit with my grandmother by her pool on the screened-in patio. Therefore, this nicely-scented grapefruit acai shaving cream elicits happy memories. If you don't like grapefruit... don't go for that scent. I am interested in the other scents as well!5
Simple and sweet but I prefer another brand. Cute packaging though5
