This decadent shave cream from Whish one-ups its competitors. Made in the U.S. with eco-friendly ingredients, the non-drying formula gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture. And, unlike its distant peers, it’s designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin over time—and even help prevent ingrown hairs and razor bumps.
I love Grapefruit, the smell of this is the best but I just can't convince myself to buy a shaving cream that costs over $10 when I can use pretty much anything and shave just as well. I would consider this a "luxury" item and when I have the extra cash and everything else I want, maybe I'd buy this.4
I cannot understand why anyone would pay this much money for shaving cream. This cream was fine... it smelled a little funky, but if you don't mind that, it was fine. But also, drugstore shaving cream is fine too. I can see no reason why you would buy this.3
I have very sensitive skin so a shave cream is right up my alley. I didn't think that this was thick enough. Seemed like I needed a lot to get good coverage. Didn't irritate me at all though so that is a plus.4
I used this product to shave my legs and my underarms. The cream went on well, but I wasn't able to tell where it was applied because it rubbed in to my skin almost instantly. My legs were dry immediately after exiting the shower. There was re-growth evident the next morning. Worked much better with my underarms, but will not be purchasing in the future.3
I typically use cheap conditioner to shave so drying is not a problem. I did love the smell of this but for 3 bucks I can buy cheap conditioner and have the same results3
I love the way that the product feels going on. Makes shaving smooth and easy. Legs feel great afterwards.4
This shave cream is ahhh-mazing! I have sensitive skin and it was a delight to my legs! I will be purchasing as soon as my sample is gone.5
I really did like this product. I don't typically use shaving cream because it tends to be a waste of money. However, I do like this product and it left my skin feeling awesome.5
Overall, I was not pleased with this product. During application I was expecting some sort of lather, didn't happen. I'm not a fan of the grapefruit smell either. While shaving the lotion clogged up my razor and got stuck on it- that dulled a new razor blade. However, the aftermath of the shaving lotion was AMAZING. My legs felt softer and smoother than ever! Instead of shaving with this product I'll be using it as an "in- shower" lotion.3
I use a double-edge safety razor to shave (not the typical razor sold at Target) and I sampled the acai grapefruit. The scent of this cream was alright (I'm not a big fan of grapefruit), but the quality of the cream left a lot to be desired for shave quality. If this were marketed as an in-shower moisturizing treatment, I think Whish and I could have gotten on better, but once I used it with my razor, it was just all wrong. It was simultaneously slick and gummy without much texture. Very smooth on my legs and I can see it following a sugar scrub for added moisture, but don't use it with a razor because it is lackluster for that application.3
