This decadent shave cream from gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture—and is made in the U.S. from eco-friendly ingredients. And, unlike its distant peers, this formula is designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin. A moisturizing base of omega-rich squalene, organic shea butter, jojoba oil, and coconut oil protects against the redness and irritation associated with shaving, while organic green tea extracts infuse skin with antioxidants.
I've never been a big user of shaving cream because of the weird foam consistency a lot of them come in. This is smooth, like a thick lotion, and smells like something you'd put on a cake. It says lavender, but it definitely smells like a sweet frosting. This was even more pleasant when my razor glided over it. No knicks, no razor burn. Smooth.4
This cream is so moisturizing and creamy I loved it!5
I don't understand how this brand is considered high quality. Their products offer nothing special and do not smell nice in my opinion. Despite my poor reviews of their low-quality products, I still seem to continue receiving their samples. Don't waste your money on this junk.1
I hated the lavender scent and the cream wasn't any better than the $3 drug store kind.2
I would not pay for a product that would be used up so fast. I wasn't being frivolous with my sample (.75 oz) + it's almost gone after underarm + leg shaving once. Yes, the product is smooth, nice light scent (got lavender) + my skin feels moist even a while after shaving, but the same effect can be achieved with shaving with coconut oil alone or even some nicer drugstore brands. I appreciate the quality healthy ingredients, but nothing has ever blown my hair back from Whish. If I caught it on clearance then I may purchase it, of course, but for now I will stick with what I've been using to shave. I think if the product had more benefits such as skin toning, hair growth inhibitor, brightening, SOMETHING then it possibly may be worth a splurge here + there. As I always find true with Whish samples, the bottle is a generous size, but it's only half way full, if that.3
There was nothing about this product that I liked. First, the smell was completely artificial. Also, when applying, it felt a little oily and clogged my razor after only one or two swipes. It did absolultely nothing to make for a closer shave. After shaving, it felt like there was a residue left over and my legs felt drier. Save yourself the hassle and stick with a less expensive, but more effective, product if you use shaving lotion.1
This product works well. I rarely use shaving creme therefore will most likely not buy.4
I thought this worked well on my under arms and left them very smooth. I wouldn't use this on my legs though because I think you need to use too much of it to be effective.3
I only use shaving cream when I shave my naughty bits and legs, this does okay. I usually use just some body wash in place of shaving cream. This stuff smells really nice.5
Applies nice and but when you start to shave it balls up like cottage cheese and clogs the razor it's useless had to get a new razor spent 7 mins just trying to unclog the razor2
