This decadent shave cream from Whish one-ups its competitors. Made in the U.S. with eco-friendly ingredients, the non-drying formula gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture. And, unlike its distant peers, it’s designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin over time—and even help prevent ingrown hairs and razor bumps.
This stuff is amazing! When i shave my legs, it's really smooth when i move my razor down my legs. and afterwards it leaves my legs silky smooth!!:)
The fact that this shave cream didn't foam and was very thin on the skin made it harder to grab the hairs with the razor. I didn't feel like this was a trade up from my typical shave cream (drug store brand) and definitely not for the price!2
It was a goid product, just too small for good review.4
I was excited about this sample. It was easy to use and lathered well. But unfortunately I had horrendous razor burn afterwards that burned. I've never encountered that problem before and would deter me from buying in the future4
Personally, I think my body wash and conditioner works better than this. Not thick enough to really protect from anything.3
The Acai Grapefruit scent is delightful but the product itself is too thick. You need to use so much to shave a leg that it really isn't worth it.3
I'm fairly old fashioned when it comes to shaving, I've always used baby oil and have yet to find a product that I feel can top it. The product scent was pleasant to me, but I just couldn't get over the texture of it. It felt more like I was putting on a runny lotion, and when I used it one more time a couple of days later I just couldn't understand it how to make it work effectively (even after re-reading the directions). The product is nearly gone after the two uses, but I think that was enough times to realize it probably isn't meant for me.4
I feel like this sample should have laster a lot longer then it did... I only got 1 use out of it! I feel like i had to use a lot for it to work! I'd rather use conditioner or a body wash... Both of those options work better then this does for my skin (surprisingly!)2
I first tried the shave cream on my underarms. I don't usually use anything and was impressed with the closeness and smoothness of the shave. I then tried it on my legs and did not like the way it felt after rinsing. There was also a lot of waste as it doesn't rub in like lotion and a lot was left on my hands, unable to really stick well to my legs without using a ton. I may purchase for underarm use only but that depends on the size and price.3
When I first received this sample all I did was smell it, as I had just shaved and had no use for it right away. I thought it smelled great, but when I got around to using it it smelled more like grapefruit and moldy berries. Ick. And then I went to actually use it, and the consistency was horrid. It was slightly less thick but just as gritty feeling as the toothpaste at the dentist. Why on earth would I want to rub that on my legs. The shave wasn't that great either. If I get a better shave using just body wash your product seriously needs some work. Also the sample only had enough for one shave in it, which is hardly useful to get a good idea of the product.2
