This decadent shave cream from gives you a mighty close shave without leaving legs devoid of moisture—and is made in the U.S. from eco-friendly ingredients. And, unlike its distant peers, this formula is designed not to foam up: instead, the rich lotion is chock full of organic and natural botanicals that soften skin. A moisturizing base of omega-rich squalene, organic shea butter, jojoba oil, and coconut oil protects against the redness and irritation associated with shaving, while organic green tea extracts infuse skin with antioxidants.
I found the scent to be confusing, almost a mix of butter popcorn and vanilla. I did not like it. As far as the shave cream, it did not lather or foam, it was more like a moisturizer you would spread on. I did not think it worked well at all.2
I do enjoy this product because it seems more natural the my current shave cream. Only downside is that it is hard to see where you have already shaved, so you have to use your hand to feel where you might have missed. It does not have a lather at all. Other than that, my legs were nice a smooth after shaving.4
As a shaving cream, I liked how this product seemed to moisturize my skin even after shaving. It was very hard to get over the off-putting scent. The sample I received was blueberry and it had a very strong yogurty smell that truly almost made me gag. I'd buy this product again, but in an unscented version.5
This smells good and works ok, but definitely not worth spending $20 on shaving cream.3
I recieved this Whish shaving cream in the scent blueberry and I fell in love. I really like the way it smells because it isn't an overpowering smell but it is sweet and light.5
There was not much in this sample even though it seemed like a decent size. I don't think this provided any benefits that the discount shave gel or cream provides. I wouldn't spend extra money on this.
Also, this is my second sample of Whish shave cream. I am over it.
If you do, you'll also remember that were scented with a fragrance meant to approximate their resepctive baked goods. I cannot remember if there was a blueberry version, but if so, this product is what she smelled like. The nostalgia factor is nice, but it's not really what I want to smell like.
The product itself is fine, but just fine. It goes on thin and there were only two uses in the sample. I understand that it's a sample, but it's hard to assess the benefits of something like this from two days of shaving.
In the two times I used it, I didn't notice any difference between using this product and my usual approach of using soap or body wash.
I enjoyed using this blueberry scented Whish shaving cream. It is smooth and really helps to protect against nicks. I wish the product went a little farther but it seems to take a lot to protect your skin. The smell is fresh and summery!4
I love how this product was branded. It caught my eye immediately and I had to try it. It is a wonderful product and I will be buying a full size tube of it. I normally use soap when shaving but because I just love the way it looks in the tube-it is fun and I look forward to shaving now.5
The smell was a little too coconutty for me. It was moisturizing but I don't personally have a use for it since dry skin after shaving isn't something I struggle with. Perhaps I would purchase it in a different scent as a splurge.3
