From no-calorie cupcakes to pinch-free stilettos, we admit that we’re prone to wishful thinking. Another item near the top of our if-only-it-were-real list: a truly non-greasy body lotion. Much to our surprise, this decadent organic body butter fits the bill. It contains a trio of antioxidant-rich moisturizers that nourishes skin and wards off sun damage.
This is a powdery-sweet lavender! The effect is old lady, and I had to wash it off immediately. That being said, using my typical amount of cream yielded soft and slightly greasy hands. Definitely more of a cream than a thick body butter.1
I'm not particulary a fan of whish. I dread seeing this brand in my birchbox due to all my experiences with the horrendous smell of each sample. I was surprised to see Lavender as the choice of lotion they threw in so I decided to give it a very small try on my hand. Nope. Strike 3.1
I received the sample in lavender. The lotion feels a little oily and the smell is terrible. Gave me a headache.1
Every time I receive another Whish product in my Birchbox, part of me dies. Birchbox should abort all distribution of this brand immediately, as it is infantile and, for lack of a better word, junky. It seriously looks like it came from the kids section at Bath & Body Works circa 1999 (remember "Art Stuff"?). It smells like Club Libby Lu and its quality is no better than the lotion sold in the clearance aisle at Burlington Coat Factory.1
I washed it off my hands immediately after the scent hit my nose. Terrible! The product itself might be alright if it was scent-free but couldn't leave it on long enough to know.1
LOVE this product! If they made a body splash in this scent I would also want (have) to have it!.1
This was okay and it absorbed fairly quickly, but I am not a fan of lavender so I will never use this. This brand just seems kind of basic and overpriced to me. Maybe I would have been more willing to give it a shot if I had liked the scent. Love getting body butters, though.1
Maybe it is down to personal taste, but I found the overbearing fruit scent simply appalling. I would not use this lotion unless I was on a high mountaintop in the Andes and my skin was falling off. Bleccch.1
This was a watery product did not smooth on like cream. Not a huge fan of the scent either. Will not be repurchasing.1
Too strong of a scent. I am not interested in receiving this type of sample in my birchbox. I prefer makeup nail polish & perfume. I hope to not receive these types of samples anymore.1
