From no-calorie cupcakes to pinch-free stilettos, we admit that we’re prone to wishful thinking. Another item near the top of our if-only-it-were-real list: a truly non-greasy body lotion. Much to our surprise, this decadent organic body butter fits the bill. It contains a trio of antioxidant-rich moisturizers that nourishes skin and wards off sun damage.
I am not a fan of the Whish products. All samples I have received smell absolutely terrible--similar to vomit. I can't get passed that smell to be able to determine if the products actually work as intended.1
my sample was almond scented & smelled like airplane lavatory soap...so if you like that smell, this is the lotion for you. otherwise, I would not recommend1
I liked the shave lotion from last month's box in grapefruit I think. But, the smell of the almond body lotion sample was way too strong, so I won't be using it. Too bad, because the sample size is decent.1
I'm not sure who thought an adult would want to smell like fake chemical blueberries, but they should be not be allowed to choose scents anymore. On the plus side, it's pretty moisturizing.1
I have extremely dry, cracked hands constantly and I am very sensitive to different lotions. This product was too greasy and did not penetrate the skin quickly. The smell was also highly unpleasant. I guess I'll just stick to my Mary Kay hand lotion.1
the smell is so sweet and over powering I would not wear it.
It makes you smell like a gummy bear.
Threw my sample away.
I would not buy this because when I apply it I feel like I'm putting on $1 lotion. it makes me feel greasy after and te quality is low. I do not enjoy the smell and get sick to my stomach when I put it on. I would much rather spend some money on other lotions then buy this1
The smell of this body butter is reprehensible. For something that touts it's "natural" properties it smells very manufactured and processed. The scent is something I would compare to an intense tween lotion from Claire's. I use organic cold pressed coconut oil on my skin and this product simply reaffirmed my choice to stick with a truly natural product.1
I received the Blueberry smelling lotion- and it smelled horrible. I could not stand it. This may be a good product and brand, however, the blueberry lotion in particular was not satisfying nor appealing.1
I do not like this brand and "whish" that Birchbox would stop sending these products in their boxes. The body butter is very stong smelling and while it's non-greasy it didn't repair dry skin at all. All their products come across as very watered down and not good quality. I was also unimpressed with their other products I've been sent.1
