We’ll always love powders and creams, but for seamless color that lasts all day, we go for gels. Pixi by Petra's oil-free gel defines cheeks with natural, understated color, while the oil-free formula nourishes skin. It comes in two shades that complement all skin tones: No. 2 Sun Kissed is a medium bronze and No. 5 Peachy is a dewy coral.
I'm loving this blush. It goes on lightly and looks so natural. I got the sunkissed color and it makes my cheeks look flushed, like I just got back from a day at the beach. It's not at all oily and is easily blended with fingers. 5 stars!5
I have this in natural. I am really lazy when it comes to putting on makeup and this fit the bill. Squeeze, put on cheeks, pat out. No brushes required. The color defiantly fades around lunch time though. And the color is maybe a little “too natural” it just doesn’t give off that sun kissed glow I am wishing for. I like it enough to use up my tube, but then I think I will look for something new.3
This is a nice, sheer cheek color that goes on smoothly and leaves a fresh natural glow. Unlike most powder rouges, this one appears quite natural. Just be sure to blend it in, as you do with all cheek colors.
I was not a fan of this product, now of the Pixi primer. Too sheer, so with the effort of layering might as well just get the powder blush and brush out.2
At first I was disappointed to see how small this product is, for how much it cost... then I tried it! I'm hooked! It goes on very easily, looks very natural, and doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or gross. I will definitely be reordering!5
I use this as my everyday blush, and I like it a lot. My daily routine consists of a bb cream and this gel. It gives me a really natural, slightly flushed look. Im filipino and have a yellowish brown skin tone and i have the sun-kissed one. Also this product is pretty sheer, so sometimes I'll add a second layer. I don't really recommend it with powder foundation though since you have to smear it on, and it takes away that powdered look. You can also use it for your eyes.4
I have wanted to try cream/gel blush for a while. I ordered this to see what it was all about. It does apply quite easily, has a nice sheen to it, and a lovely rosy glow. However you have to apply more than I would like to achieve the kind of effect I prefer.3
I wish this came in more colors. I bought the "Peachy" shade, thinking that the other would be too dark for my complexion. It goes on well, lasts all day, but I wasn't crazy about the color...it just looked "fake".2
I love this gel blush- so does my sister. Between the two of us (she recently purchased it as well) the sample size still has yet to run out (at least 3 months). It's subtle yet effective5
This product is like an easier to use version of Benefit's Benetint. It smells good, feels lightweight, and the color looks like a natural flush!5
