We may like lip-synching to Grease, but when it becomes a mantra for the finish of our moisturizer, we feel like a beauty school dropout. Finding the right dry-touch formula is challenging, but this cream offers the right amount of moisture without any heaviness or residue. After just two weeks of use, a whopping 90 percent of study participants noticed an improvement in their skin. Looks like this is one relationship that’ll last longer than a summer.
Maybe it's because my skin is really dry, but I don't feel like this moisturizer really works. If you have combination skin, this might be better for you, but I actually had to wear additional moisturizer on top of this to make my skin not feel so tight.2
The texture felt odd on my skin and the sample wasn't enough for me to try to gauge its effectiveness.2
I love primers and own several, while it was a good primer, it was a little hard to blend and I like a little bit of shimmer.2
I really didn't like this product at all for my skin. It didn't make my face feel very moisturized, and I started breaking out after using it. It was very thick, maybe because of the mattifying properties, but either way, not for me.2
Of the matte moisturizers I have tried, this one seems to have the best balance between matte and moisture. However, for my aging skin, it's just not enough moisture.2
For me the problem is in the marketing of this product. I love the idea of a mattifying moisturizer, but I think this product is more mattifyer than moisturizer. Perhaps this is just not for my skin type? Soft to the touch when applied, but I need more moisture.2
I thought this was an overall great product, I would just say it isn't for those who have dryer skin. It goes on just fine but doesn't seem to hydrate my skin. Smell is good though! And I think I would definitely recommend it to my normal skin friends2
this doesn't work for my skin. it balled up and made me feel like i had a layer of film on top of my skin. it never really sunk in/absorbed. what is the point of this product? ick. it didn't matify very well either.2
overpriced, under delivers. Would rather use other products.2
Well, this truly does mattify, to the point of making your skin look somewhat dead. I felt kind of papery and flat until I applied makeup. It does help your skin to stay matte (I wore it under makeup on a night out), but I felt I needed highlighter to bring some glow back to my face. Also, I think a moisturizer this expensive should have SPF, otherwise for daytime wear you still need to apply another product.2
