We may like lip-synching to Grease, but when it becomes a mantra for the finish of our moisturizer, we feel like a beauty school dropout. Finding the right dry-touch formula is challenging, but this cream offers the right amount of moisture without any heaviness or residue. After just two weeks of use, a whopping 90 percent of study participants noticed an improvement in their skin. Looks like this is one relationship that’ll last longer than a summer.
My skin is dry and this left me flaky. Definitely not for me.1
I expected this cream to kind of melt in, but it sits on top of the skin, almost like a foundation. This would be fine, but I find the color to be chalky and to have kind of an off, purplish cast on my fair skin. This product is definitely not for me, but I'm happy that at least in narrowing down the field of tinted moisturizer choices out there, I can say that my Birchbox experience helped me shorten up the list of potential products.1
I use Clinique's Moisture-on-Call and this could not even come close. My skin felt dry and did not have the soft, silky feel that I get from my regular moisturizer. I would not use it.1
I used this for a couple of days and my skin was not "mattified" at all - in fact it seemed almost shinier than usual. It also caused my face to break out a little so obviously it contains something that could be irritating to some skin.1
I have sensitive dry skin. This product did not sufficiently moisturize. After an hour my skin looked flaky. I live in Minnesota where it is extremely cold and dry. I will give this sample another try in a month or so when it warms up.1
This product made my face breakout. I had to stop using it. Unfortunately it's not for me.1
This seems to be a nice product, good texture, goes on nicely. . .however, if you have truly oily skin that can break out easily this is probably not the one for you. It felt good going on. However, by midway through the day my face felt cakey and by the end of the day I had breakouts. I think it could be a nice product for normal/slighly oily skin. But for women like me, does not work.1
I found the Myâ„¢ Multi-Purpose Mattifying Moisturizer to do absolutely nothing for my skin and in fact, it seemed to produce even more oil.1
This product just won't blend! It sits on top of my skin and will not sink in. Not for me at all.1
I have very oily skin - basically teenage skin on a 20-something body! This moisturizer is definitely not for me. It just made oily skin more oily.... It might be good for someone with combination/dry skin.1
