Instead of shelling out for an appointment at a fancy salon, get a salon effect with this pro-quality styling cream. The light formula works on both wet or dry hair and dries to a flexible—never sticky—hold. It works equally well on straight, curly, or wavy hair, plus the sculptural black bottle adds a touch of rock star to your bathroom shelf.
A little goes a long way with this product. On my short hair, a tube can last nearly a year! It's great for adding a little control and smoothing waves. Bonus points for not turning into an oil slick when your hair's under a hat all day!4
I use this cream on my curly hair and let it air dry. It smells wonderful and generally leaves my hair with a nice texture, though it can occasionally get a little crunchy on top.4
I have thick, wavy hair and this product does a great job controlling frizz and defining my waves. My only complaint is that its slightly tacky and you can definitely feel it in your hair (as opposed to a weightless product). However it doesn't make your hair hard or crunchy, I do find that I need to wash my hair for sure the next day to get the residue out. I also like to use it as a smoothing product before or after I straighten and it works great for fly-aways.4
I personally have very thick hair so it usually falls flat halfway through the day. My hair stylist at my local salon recommended that I try using Oribe Creme for Style. I add it to my hair after I get out of the shower, blowdry my hair upside down and it gives me a good volume to last throughout the day. I would say less is more with this product. If you use too much it can make your hair feel greasy and oily so start off with a small amount and see what works best for you.4
this product has a nice scent and really works to hold any style you may want. I use daily and my hair, which normally does what IT wants, lood great.4
I am a fan of this, keeps hair in place. not for short short hair but in between fingertip length and longer.4
Describing this as a creme is perfectly accurate it dispenses in a form almost mousse or conditioner like and spreads easily through the hair. I have use other shaping cremes before but this one was much more fluid than solid, which I liked. The scent was very appealing and it gave a nice hold to trap down stray hairs but not jersey shore spike it.4
This gives a great hold and doesn't end up as white flakes on your pillow. It smells pretty good too.4
I've used several Oribe and all are tops for what they are built for. This is for light hold so the hair can bounce and feel soft but stay in roughly the same spot throughout the day. The smell is good; probably geared more towards women but it is on the lighter side so I actually enjoy it. Ask your salon/barbor what type of product you should be using, research to find the Oribe's version of that, and get a bottle. You won't be disappointed.4
I have short to medium length hair. I thought the product was light and yet provided good natural looking hold.4
