When it comes to hair stylists, Oribe is something of a bad boy. The tattooed star is known for working with the likes of Jennifer Lopez and plenty of other pop icons. That’s why you should take his word for it that this cream is the difference between the usual out of control mop and a polished coif. The multitasking formula acts as both a leave-in conditioner and a styling cream, helping to calm and smoothe coarse, thick, or fuller hair.
I really enjoyed the scent of this product, however, it just wasn't for me. Although it did add a bit of shine, I didn't like the way it felt in my hair. It felt a bit greasy as if I was wearing "soul glow."3
I will say this is good, but not really the right product for my hair type. It's just a little too heavy. Be careful how much you apply.3
This product seems to shine a little too much. I am not the type to bring all the attention to my hair but if you are then this product might be a good fit.3
I really love the smell and how this product makes my hair feel the next day after use but when applied in the morning after my shower leaves my hair appearing flat and greasy. I would recommend only for night time moisturizing use.3
Although I never use moisturize, I found this product to be useful. It made my skin smooth and feel clean for hours without making it look oily.3
Already bought product gives you that slept in look without that greasy feeling. Great shine and lightweight does not feel like you have product in your hair3
It was good but my husband is not raving about it. He found nothing special about it so he may not purchase it in the future.3
I think it's cool how this can be used as a hair gel as well as moisturizer for my hair.4
Living in a harsh midwestern climate, my hair can look like a bird's nest at the end of the day. Oribe's Supershine Moisturizing Cream adds a great bit of moisture and shine to both tame and help style.
I have very fine hair, so have to be careful to only use a pea-sized amount at a time. If you're like me, a bottle of this can last well beyond the season. Which is good, since Oribe is substantially more expensive than similar products. That's really the only downside that I've found.
When I was still living at my parents the water would make my hair so dry but, when my sister brought this home from the salon it was like night and day. It made me hair so much healther and softer. Its so moisturizing my mom tought it was hand cream until we informed her that it was for your hair. You only need a little bit at a time. I only used it every other day. Just wished it was cheaper.4
