When we first started painting our nails, we relied on bottles of acetone to whisk away old polish. Nowadays, even the thought of inhaling smelly fumes is enough to give us a headache. That’s why we’re hooked on these biodegradable pads. Instead of chemicals, they’re soaked with a sweet-smelling citrus solution that clears away old polish and leaves our nails moisturized and conditioned.
Love these! I was 100% pleased with these wipes. I had to use these in a pinch to get off the remains of a gel manicure before a wedding. These surprisingly worked wonders! I was impressed with how quickly it removed the polish and how refreshing the smell was! Much better than regular remover!!5
I was AMAZED at how well these worked. Because of the size I was so positive I would have to use at least two to remove the bright pink nail polish from my toes and fingers. And I'm the type of girl who just layers on more nail polish when my nails grow out. TMI? Anyways, that little cloth had to tackle MULTIPLE layers and it did so without missing a beat! I couldn't believe how well ONE LITTLE SQUARE of this magicalness worked! Also it smells amazing! My husband hates the smell of nail polish remover and so that's also a plus. No complaints here! I would definitely buy this product!5
These packets work quite well, with plenty of product to remove your polish at least once. It does not have an overpowering scent like some of those chemical-laden removers. Fantastic that they're biodegradable!
They were easy to throw in my overnight bag for going out of town for a few days, but that is the only purpose I would buy them for, as I would find using individual packets to be quite wasteful for weekly use at home. Not sure if they're sold in bottles, but I may have to check and purchase that way if so.
I finally tried these wipes in an enclosed hotel room. I thought for sure that we'd gag from the fumes. To my surprise the sheets smelled great! They really worked. One sheet cleaned 10 nails, though my friend had a tougher time. I think it was because she had a top coat, so she had to work a little harder.4
was able to remove nail polish, however actual wipes are too small. kind of skeptical though...although the product does not have any acetone it does contain alcohol and propylene carbonate; the lesser of two evils but still not a "natural product." by adding all the extra extracts, aloe and rosemary (mostly to obtain the strong smell) i feel manipulated.3
I loved using the sample packets for my toe nails this month. I usually get pedicures monthly so I haven't purchased remover in a while. It was so nice to have these on hand when I got too busy to go to the store. It takes off the nailbrush quickly without having to scrub. It also didn't have a very strong odor, which was nice4
I always just use pure acetone to get my nail polish off because I feel that it works best but it dries my nails and skin out so bad. These pads did an amazing job!! It got all the nail polish off and hydrated my nails amazingly!! I will for sure used these again!5
I don't recommend these nail polish remover wipes. The regular liquid remover is much faster and more effective. I had to use both of the wipes that were in my birchbox at one time to get all the nail polish off. They are way too expensive and not worth the time. Just stick to the regular polish remover.2
These work wonders! It only takes one wipe unless you have a dark polish on the you might need two,I like to keep these around the house for my nine year old daughter she is always changing her polish and these are acetone free so it makes me feel a bit better. We both think the smell isn't too bad either!5
I wasn't expecting to like these at all as I have never used a non-acetone remover that I was satisfied with. However, this was fantastic. It smelled good and removed my nail polish quickly (although obviously not as quickly as acetone) without any weird residue, which I often find with non-acetone removers. These were great on the go.4
