When we first started painting our nails, we relied on bottles of acetone to whisk away old polish. Nowadays, even the thought of inhaling smelly fumes is enough to give us a headache. That’s why we’re hooked on these biodegradable pads. Instead of chemicals, they’re soaked with a sweet-smelling citrus solution that clears away old polish and leaves our nails moisturized and conditioned.
These felt polish remover pads are fantastic if you travel for several days at a time and need to remove to re-do your nail polish. I throw 2 or 3 of these in my makeup bag before leaving for a trip and have been happy to have them along many times. They are none to big if you have a rich color or high-quality polish on, but one packet has been enough for me to remove all my polish. They are rather expensive to just use at home; just use a bottle of remover in that case.4
I love this product! I've never used an acetone-free polish remover that I liked. This one is great!5
These wipes work very well. They take of my polish easily without effort. I would recommend these to anyone that travels often.5
This product unfortunately didn't work for me at all. I tried one on red nail polish, and the whole pad was completely red after three nails (and the polish wasn't removed completely), and I had to toss it. I tried it again with a lighter gold polish, and it just didn't remove any polish at all. I wanted to like this, since it smelled so nice, but unfortunately, it just didn't work.1
These little nail polish remover pads smell AMAZING. It did take two of them to remove the salon grade polish from all 10 of my nails, but I was okay with that! It just meant I got to enjoy the citrus smell longer. It also does the moisturizing job it promises, kind of like a cuticle softener!5
It was ok. But not worth the price. I will stick to regular nail polish remover. It smelled ok, but nothing special.4
I have been using acetone nail polish remover since, well, forever for me. I was a little skeptical that one pad would remove all of my nail polish, but it did. The polish I removed was two coats of a creme navy blue color. I imagine it might take two pads for a glitter polish, but I still much prefer this to my usual remover. These moisturized my cuticles instead of drying them out and the scent was really lovely. Definitely a nice find!5
I love these polish remover pads. They don't smell strong, and the scent is manageable! They remove polish quickly. The only thing I would like to be different was if each pad was a little bigger. Then they would be PERFECT.4
There are really good travel size packets to use for on the go. I don't think they are that effective compared to my cotton balls and acetone but these do work. They smell like citrus and the pads are thick. I can feel the hydration after I use this, which is nice.4
Hands down the best polish remover product out there. One pad covers all 10 nails (probably even toes, too!) Other pads or dips have dried out my nails and cuticles or need several to accomplish the two-hand job.
Removing polish will never be the same. And it smells great!
