When we first started painting our nails, we relied on bottles of acetone to whisk away old polish. Nowadays, even the thought of inhaling smelly fumes is enough to give us a headache. That’s why we’re hooked on these biodegradable pads. Instead of chemicals, they’re soaked with a sweet-smelling citrus solution that clears away old polish and leaves our nails moisturized and conditioned.
The individual packets are great for a gal that travels a lot. The smell of the remover wasn't super strong, and it didn't leave my hands and fingers feeling dry after use.4
I did not expect to care much for this product and thought it would be silly to pay more for something I could find so inexpensively at a drugstore, but I LOVED it! It removed my dark polish very easily and didn't leave any dark marks around my cuticles (like other removers do). It also had a pleasant smell that I much prefer over other brands. I'm sold!5
This doesn't have the terrible smell that nail polish removers normally have - it smelled fresh and great. After using the product I really felt my nails looked nicer overall. I'm excited to buy this. One con was the sheets were rather small. If you have fully coated nails you will need two packets. But worth it5
Works great. No strong odor. Like the individual packaging.5
I like the idea of acetone free wipes and as an avid nail polisher, I was excited to try these. I had on a dark wine colored nail polish and it took me using both of the samples to get my polish off. I even had to finish up with some of the "good ol' stuff".1
I was very skeptical at first about the scent. I've tried nail polish remover that claims theres no acetone and it ends up smelling like it but this actually smells how it says. No strong scent and it takes off the nail polish. Very good. I highly Recommend this product is you hate the acetone smell5
I love the idea of the nail polish remover to go- so great for travel. Even though this one smells amazing, one pouch/sheet barely got one side of my mani off. I prefer Lippmann's Striper To Go- despite the acetone, it works and works quickly with the same convenience for travel.2
Although a great idea it is quite pricy. One could also use cotton balls soaked in remover and place in a ziploc for the same idea but a fraction of the cost.4
I have to say I was a little upset at the size of the pad when I first opened this, but then was very pleasantly surprised to see that just one took care not only of all 10 fingers but 10 toes as well! Extremely effective at removing several layers of polish, and as other reviewers have noted, the smell is fantastic and not at all like traditional polish. The only reason I'm not giving this a five is because it left a bit of a greasy/oily residue on my fingers that I wasn't crazy about.4
I really like nail polish remover pads. This one was no exception. The fragrance beats the Cutex pads any day. Very effective in getting tough polish off as well. I would buy them again.4
