When we first started painting our nails, we relied on bottles of acetone to whisk away old polish. Nowadays, even the thought of inhaling smelly fumes is enough to give us a headache. That’s why we’re hooked on these biodegradable pads. Instead of chemicals, they’re soaked with a sweet-smelling citrus solution that clears away old polish and leaves our nails moisturized and conditioned.
The remover pads worked a little better than I expected. I usually use walgreens or cutex brand polish remover and the remover pads were easier to use and smelled much better than even the walgreens scented removers!4
It left my hands feeling very greasy however it had a nice smell compared to other removers3
I'm a total nail product snob and I have to say, I LOVE this stuff! I was incredible skeptical about using one pad for both of my hands, especially removing my navy lacquer, but it did it, and my nails felt great afterwards!5
I loved these nail polish remover pads! They smell good and work even better. My 8 year old daughter is constantly wanting to paint her nails and it only takes one pad to get all the polish off of her hands and feet. Very nice product, definitely ordering.5
I really enjoyed the smell and texture of this product. It did not smell like a chemical at all, and instead of stripping the moisture away from my nails like other nail polish remover brands do, I thought that it added moisture. I was really surprised that this sample did indeed remove the polish from almost all of my fingernails. I did find this sample hard to use after a while because it was shredding, but if I had used more than one on my fingernails, I'm sure it would have been fine.4
I wasn't thrilled with getting nail polish remover until I used this product. It was the best working and least astringent polish remover I have ever used. Wonderful product!5
I thought the scent was nice and it did a great job at removing my polish, will use again!4
It was very quick and easy to remove my nail polish!5
The pad seems very small, but it quickly proved to be effective, it really did take of all of a very glitter filled polish from all 10 nails. There was a lovely citrus after smell (no harsh checmical smell!), and it moisturized my cuticals. I'm in love with this tiny surprise!5
I have to say, it was a nice alternative to the acetone I usually use. The smell was really nice and I liked that they were pre-soaked and ready for individual use. However, I didn't feel like it worked all that well and i didn't like the texture of the pad as I cleaned off my nail. It was uncomfortable to use. I had to go back with acetone afterwords to re-clean my nails off - however it was a dark nail polish so I usually have to do two takes on it anyways.3
