When we first started painting our nails, we relied on bottles of acetone to whisk away old polish. Nowadays, even the thought of inhaling smelly fumes is enough to give us a headache. That’s why we’re hooked on these biodegradable pads. Instead of chemicals, they’re soaked with a sweet-smelling citrus solution that clears away old polish and leaves our nails moisturized and conditioned.
i always like the easy to use nail polish remover. these are perfect for traveling...4
Took all my polish off with one swipe! One pad goes a long way.4
I love the convenience of prepackaged nail polish removers. However, after my recent birchbox order of deborah lippman's "stripper to go," and subsequent disappointment with how i got through about 7 of my 10 nails before that product completely dried up and was useless, I was really disappointed to see this la fresh product in my september box. BUT, I was very pleased when, with some patience, I got through all of my bright blue toes, PLUS the clear polish on my fingers, and was left with a nice scent and moisture. I am a fan!5
I had never used LA FRESH nail polish remover before. When I saw the sample, one remover soaked pad, and it said it would take all the polish off of all 10 nails I was skeptical. OH my gosh! Not only did the sample smell amazing but that little sample took all the polish off! I only wish I had got more than one sample!!5
And yet, with LA FRESH Eco Beauty Acetone-Free Nail Polish, it is. It takes a little work to remove the nail polish from my nails usingbut if you have the extra few minutes and patience, it's worth it. The product really does condition your nails and cuticles. It smells great. And one pad really does work for all 10 nails.4
Works fine and got the polish off, but I think it would have some trouble getting off heavy glitter. Also, I like the concept, but I don't think it's worth the money so I'll just stick with a bottle of polish remover and cotton balls.3
I havent decided if I like this product or not. I only got one packet of the polish remover, and it wasnt enough to take off all of my nail polish. I had to finish up with some remover I already had. From what I saw, it works well and the smell isnt over powering, which is a plus.3
It's convenient to carry in your purse but I would much rather just use liquid nail polish remover.2
I really like the scent of these. I thought for sure that the telltale polish-remover smell would still be there, just with some orangey notes on top to mask it, but it really smelled good! The only complaint I have is that it looks like most other folks who got my box got two of these pads, and I only received one. I could have really used two, because I had a lot of trouble getting my polish off with just the one. I had to work at it a lot more than with traditional polish remover. But I think it's worth it for the great smell! They're a little pricey, at 50c a pad (so, about three pads = a whole bottle of traditional nail polish remover, pricewise), so I don't know if I will purchase a box or not. I'm still on the fence, though I do like the product. I just don't know if I like it enough to spend that much, especially when it is more difficult to get off polish. I love that it's natural, though!3
This is probably the best nail polish remover I have ever tried. I typically use the Zoya nail polish remover (since I am a Zoya polish addict), but it still stings a little. This pad was amazing -- it had more of an oily texture, rather than the alcohol feel of most nail polish removers. The smell was pleasant and it was surprisingly effective for being so gentle. Got the dark polish off all 10 nails with one wipe. Love it!5
