We close our compacts and screw on moisturizer tops, all to keep dirt and dust away from the products that touch our faces. But somehow makeup brushes get tossed around in cosmetic bags and left on vanity shelves. That’s why these brush guards are perfect—they keep our tools clean and protected against all the yuckiness that builds up.
Thought I was purchasing a set of brushes not plastic guards, it was my fault I did not read the items description...however the item was junk regardless!!
I returned the item on 3/3 and am still waiting for a refund???
I hate traveling with brushes and having them smushed when I unpack! these help keep all the brushes safe and neatly packed. No damage and all safe and sound. Great in or out of a cosmetic bag. Can be just thrown in your bag last minute and protected with the sleeves. Simply and great!4
I love these. Coming from someone who always ends up with a bent hairs on my brushes after washing them (so annoying), these are a lifesaver. My brushes always some out perfectly formed no matter their shape. I like that these come in a variety of sizes too. Going to buy these for gifts too!5
These are great to keep your brushes in shape. They are especially useful for after cleaning or travel.5
I bought these to go with my brush cleaning kit, and I have loved them so much that they now live on my brushes... definitely worth keeping my nice, expensive brushes clean and shapely.5
I love how the guard protect my brushes in my brush bag. I am very particular with my brushes. The guards keep all the bristles nice and together.5
I purchased these to add to my starter kit. These work REALLY well. I love that I can wash all of my brushes at the same time now instead of in multiple "shifts".5
The hair from my brushes got stuck in the mesh and it actually made my brushes worse. Do not recommend.2
These are great to keep brushes protected in makeup bags. I don't use them for drying, because using a rubberband to hang them upside down on my towel bar is easier and ensures the bristles won't slide and bend (which they can do if u dry them in the guards). It makes sense to purchase these if you have quality brushes and want to keep them in great shape.4
Love these to keep my brushes safe and nicely shaped while they bang around in my makeup bag with everything else. I am kind of sad I didn't think of this myself, as it's a pretty simple concept - a woven plastic mesh that fits over brush tips and compresses them to keep bristles straight and tight. Kind of expensive for what it is, but I like & will use them just the same.4
