We close our compacts and screw on moisturizer tops, all to keep dirt and dust away from the products that touch our faces. But somehow makeup brushes get tossed around in cosmetic bags and left on vanity shelves. That’s why these brush guards are perfect—they keep our tools clean and protected against all the yuckiness that builds up.
these little guys will be handy for drying brushes :)3
Brush Guards are an interesting idea and seem to work well, but aren't practical for brushes that are used and cleaned every day. I tried them out for about a week, but then stopped, because the seemed more than a hassle than a help.3
This was a fun product to try, I did not love it or hate it but this is definetly something I would have NEVER purchased on my own. It is a nice chance to try something new but it is a really low value and did not add much to the box so I kind of wish I had gotten another beauty product, but I am going to use these for when I travel so they will come in handy. Like a B- since I will use them but I would probably only buy them if I needed one more thing to buy.3
I like this a lot - it will be perfect when I'm travelling.3
These are probably a good idea if you travel with your make up brushes and don't want them to get frayed.3
Very interesting product, though it's not very aesthetically pleasing. (I know, way to be picky) but everything else offered on Birch Box is super cute. They work fine and I haven't had a problem with them, but then again, I rarely use my brushes. If I had higher quality brushes, this might be more exciting for me.3
The sizes are just weird. Like, the two small ones are cute and alrght, but there is one that like no brush can ever fit because its so tiny.3
I think these are great for people who travel a lot and find that their brushes get misshapen. I can definitely see these coming in handy for keeping brushes (which can be pricey to replace) from being harmed when packed in cosmetics bags.3
I recieved The Brush Guard Variety Pack in my Sept Birchbox. Now, I have been a makup gal since a young age. I have never seen or used a product like this. I used them for a recent trip, to see if my brushes were in better shape during my travels. I guess I would say, the brushes were in good shape. I am just on the fence about this product.3
Good idea but not sturdy enough for long term use and not worth the expense for the amount of usage you will get out of them.3
