We close our compacts and screw on moisturizer tops, all to keep dirt and dust away from the products that touch our faces. But somehow makeup brushes get tossed around in cosmetic bags and left on vanity shelves. That’s why these brush guards are perfect—they keep our tools clean and protected against all the yuckiness that builds up.
The sizes are just weird. Like, the two small ones are cute and alrght, but there is one that like no brush can ever fit because its so tiny.3
I think these are great for people who travel a lot and find that their brushes get misshapen. I can definitely see these coming in handy for keeping brushes (which can be pricey to replace) from being harmed when packed in cosmetics bags.3
I recieved The Brush Guard Variety Pack in my Sept Birchbox. Now, I have been a makup gal since a young age. I have never seen or used a product like this. I used them for a recent trip, to see if my brushes were in better shape during my travels. I guess I would say, the brushes were in good shape. I am just on the fence about this product.3
Good idea but not sturdy enough for long term use and not worth the expense for the amount of usage you will get out of them.3
These work well...probably worth the money if you have expensive brushes!3
good product. Protects brushes well. Does fray at the ends and snags the brush hairs when you remove the guard.3
I usually just lay my brushes out to dry, I don't notice a huge difference between that and using the brush guards.3
I think the product is a good idea but I'm just not sure it's for someone like me. I travel for work, but I am still home at night and don't need to take makeup brushes with me. When I do travel away, Birchbox samples are with me and I still don't need my makeup brushes.3
I was excited to get these because the brushes in my travel bag get disgusting after a while. Unfortunately, these don't exactly work for my purpose - the netting catches on other things in the bag and the protectors just slide off. Probably my fault for not arranging my bag properly, but I'm a busy gal. Fabric would work better as a protector for me.3
I never even thought to use a brush guard. It's kind of a cool idea. I might use these when I travel.3
