We have plenty of nourishing potions and lotions for the skin on our faces, but from the neck down it’s a bit of a wasteland. That’s all changing thanks to this brand new body serum from One Love Organics. Handmade with ethically sourced essential oils, the spray-on treatment hydrates skin and leave it lightly scented. Plus, it’s a Birchbox exclusive!
Another great product from OLO. These are great summer moisurizers. Spray over entire body after the shower. Serums not too heavy and lightly scented.5
I am very particular about fragrances! I just don't care to wear a variety of "different" scents, even if I like it... I just don't like it for me! This concept, also pertains to lotions & oils--: I stick to a signature fragrance of Lemon. But, I not only fall in love with this product (because of its citrus), but it make my skin feel silky. This is a keeper!5
Have tried other body oils/serum I liked much better from Birchbox. My daughter has KP, never thought about letting her try it for KP - interesting other folks had success with it.2
I was really excited about this product after reading all of the great reviews, but the product itself really didn't live up to the hype. I bought the chamomile scent, hoping for a light scent that didn't interfere much with perfume or overpower my nose. The scent is almost antiseptic to the nose but completely absent on the skin. There is no pump on the bottle (at least, there wasn't one with mine), and the bottle is opaque glass, so I could only get the serum out by tipping the bottle into my palm. Since I couldn't see the serum coming, it almost always spilled out of my hand and made a big mess. To top things off, this makes my face break out if any little bit touches my face so I can only use it on my legs and only if I never touch my legs all day - a real pain. And finally, the moisture only lasts through the morning; I have to reapply a lotion around lunch time or my legs get scaly. All in all, I'm really disappointed in this serum and won't be reordering.2
Aah, the aroma! Neroli is a mood lifter, and it smells delicious. I initially feared that a body oil would be too greasy, but it isn't. I also thought it was quite expensive, but since it is in mist form, it goes a long way. I may try the chamomile next for relaxation.5
Nice oil, love the scent. Do I think it's helped with any KP issues or skin issues? No. The packaging needs to be addressed though. My container came with only a screw top lid, not the pump that appears in the ad picture. Pouring oil out of a bottle in a small amount isn't easy. Do I think this small bottle is worth the price for scented oil? No. I am enjoying the body oil, but most likely won't re-order due to the packaging and the price for the product.4
I have used this stuff for a total of 2 days and can tell a significant difference in the health of my skin. I have a condition called keratosis pilaris and I have used all kinds of OTC and prescription creams and moisturizers and nothing seemed to really make a difference. This serum has kept my skin actually moisturized for longer than an hour. I noticed the appearance of my skin the next night and it surprised me at how well the moisture lasted. I have not tried any other scent but lavender, but I definitely will be! It also helps that it has great ingredients. If you are on the fence about this just buy it! Well worth the money spent!5
I found the spray a little hard to use- but the product itself is great. I like to use it before I get in the shower and I come out already moisturized!4
So glad I found OneLove Organics skincare line. This serum is a great hydrator for after showering/bathing! It goes on evenly and keeps my skin hydrated and shiny all day long. Although, the glass bottle is a little heavy when traveling. Would love to see a smaller size of this product. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves natural oils, such as lavender! Love and would definitely recommend any of their products! :)4
I bought this product after receiving a sample. The full size has a slightly different (more oily) texture. I do still use it often as a massage oil.4
