This sample is a joke. Enough shampoo for two washes, enough conditioner for one wash and enough hair serum for a month. No comb, either. I absolutely DETEST shampoo and conditioner samples...there's never enough to determine how much you may like it. Also, this is the THIRD month in a row I've gotten shampoo and conditioner in my box. START READING OUR BEAUTY PROFILES, BIRCHBOX!!!!! I've NEVER got a box that felt less personalized that this one...

Thus product is really good but def not enough of it. Not sure if I would buy $100 shampoo and conditioner. I have very fine hair so I was looking for some fullness and I didn't get that. I do have to say though, my hair was not tangled at all

this may be more of a review on the sample size than the actual product itself, but that's only because there was nowhere near enough for me to properly sample. my hair is extremely long, so i had to focus the quarter-sized dollop of shampoo and conditioner on the tips of my hair. it smelled nice, but beyond that i can't tell if it just wasn't effective or i just needed 4x as much. mine didn't come with a comb either so i'm not sure if that would have helped?

the serum i WAS able to test (because you get the same amount of serum as you do shampoo/conditioner even though you're only supposed to use a tiny bit...?) and i did like that, my hair seemed to be shinier and thicker/fuller when i used it before drying my hair so i would consider getting that on its own.
