Using your teeth to open a beer bottle displays your skills and resourcefulness, except that it’s almost guaranteed to result in a trip to the dentist. Better to wield a piece of clever craftsmanship like this bottle opener. With a streamlined design, the opener has a built-in magnet that keeps caps from going flying and also lets you affix it to your fridge so it’s there when you need it.
This little opener is great; simple, effective, and pleasing to use. It sure beats hunting through kitchen drawers looking for the opener.5
The selling point on this is the random nail in wood feature and the magnet. If you stick it to the fridge, it does that wimpy, slow slide down the side of the fridge. It'll pop the top, but the magnet's hit rate on catching the top wouldn't get it in the major leagues. For a product featuring a bent nail and piece of wood, it's surprisingly wimpy.2
It opens bottles, like 20 other things in my kitchen. Fortunately there were some other good items in this months box. If I actually paid $14 for this I would expect my wife to intervene, and no longer allow me financial autonomy. It's a lump of wood with a nail and magnets in it. Not exactly the latest in high tech bottle cap removal....1
Nifty little thing. Catches the cap with the magnet and works great everytime. The opener is small so it doens't take up a lot of space and the magnet on the back makes it easy to hang on a fridge. Great for the man room, starts a converstation: "what is that? does it work?", impresses everytime.5
What a cool unique piece! Glad to own it for myself now.4
Really cool design. Love the magnet. Love the creativity. $14 is a little high tho.5
this is for sure an interesting looking bottle opener, I like how it is also convenient to store with it being able to stick to the fridge5
I like the unique design and it has no problem opening bottles, however it won't be my go-to bottle opener. I still prefer the Opena case on my iPhone3
Very cool and artsy product. I will be using this a lot come summertime.4
Hands down the best and coolest bottle opener, my buddies sit down every weekend and try new craft brews and this was the conversational piece last weekend5
