We've long been faithful to Jouer's best selling Luminizing Moisture Tint, a cult product that gives you a smooth, glowy complexion instantly. We never thought anything could come between us and our beloved LMT—until we met the mattifying version. And this formula does more than just look good: It nourishes and safeguards your complexion with vitamins A, C, and E to deflect free radicals, plus titanium and zinc dioxides for SPF 15 UV protection. There are five shades: Porcelain is best for very fair complexions; Linen is a slightly darker beige that works for pale complexions; Nude is a light tan suited to light to medium complexions; Chamomile is a golden tone for medium to tan complexions; and Hazel, a nutty brown, is perfect for tan to dark complexions.
I've bought other tinted moisturizers but this one is definitely the best! It makes my skin look so smooth, sometimes I don't even bother putting powder on. Definitely recommended.5
In love with this product. I have shiny, oily skin and this doesn't add any shine. I find it lasts all day! Better than foundation to me.5
I love this tinted moisturizer! It does not leave my face looking or feeling greasy at all. Plus, it looks great with the rest of my make-up regimen. Highly recommended!!5
Best tint I've ever used! Super silky smooth blends well & has amazing coverage! A little goes a long way!5
I've been using this moisture tint since I first sampled it. I love that it does leave a matte finish and I can use this in lieu of foundation which is great. Awesome product.5
I received this product in one of my first boxes and it sat in my make-up drawer for a couple weeks as I usually do not use tinted moisturizer and my oily complexion is not a fan of moisturizing products in general.
The day that I tried it out (over a year ago) was the last time I have gone out of the house without it.
Not only does it apply velvety smooth, it has the ability to conceal my uneven skin tone and smooth the surface of my face. A small amount of this goes a long way, and as a bonus, allows me to use less foundation/powder than I would normally use. For a girl with oily/combination skin having a product that minimizes shine but still gives your skin a "glow" is more than I could have ever expected from a single product. I highly recommend it to all of my friends and have them hooked as well. Thank you Jouer!
This is yet another product that I discovered through Birchbox and went on to purchase in its full size. The color is beautiful, it makes me look vibrant even after I haven't gotten nearly enough sleep, and it goes on super easily. I have tried and purchased the Linen tint, but not the others. It's perfect for my fair complexion, though I might try a shade warmer in the summer. Just a fantastic, fantastic product. I have not noticed the smell others have mentioned, but I will admit that it does dry my face out a bit. However, I'm not taking a star off for that as I have yet to find a foundation that doesn't, and I'm pretty good about applying moisturizer in the daytime and nighttime.5
This is, hands down, the best base product I have ever used. It is very velvety and thick, provides excellent coverage, but doesn't feel cakey or like I'm wearing makeup at all. It's matte without being flat.
I love the full size- it's lasted me nearly a year.
It's great to use both with a brush and with your fingers, which makes it great if you're traveling or in a rush.
I also love that it's hypoallergenic and fragrance-free; I tend to have problems with other products.
I can't imagine NOT using this every day now and I will buy it as long as they make it.
I am in love with this tinted moisturizer. I never realized how perfect tinted moisturizers are, but I will use this one forever! It is soft, fully covering, and feels great on! Just be careful of color choice, the lightest is definitely for very fair skin! In the summertime I will need to go a shade up.5
I love the Jouer Illuminating Moisture Tint for the days I want a dewy finish. However, this matte version is great as well.
It is called matte, but after about 6 hours of wear I could use an oil absorbent blotting paper and I do not have oily skin. It does have a subtle glow (no big sparkles though) that gives the face almost an airbrushed appearance. I found the coverage quite buildable but one layer was adequate. I have tried drugstore/high end BB creams and this item (though not really a BB cream) is my favorite by far. I am in my mid 30's and do not want to look "made up" with foundation settling into the fine wrinkles around my eyes. It is natural looking and near weightless on the skin. For reference I am a NW20 ( I always go lighter on my foundation) and the Porcelain shade in this product worked well for me. (Side note: Porcelain in the Matte is the equivalent of Pearl in the Illuminating formula)
Initially I thought the color was too light , but after about 5 mins it melts into the skin. I highly suggest trying it.
