We've long been faithful to Jouer's best selling Luminizing Moisture Tint, a cult product that gives you a smooth, glowy complexion instantly. We never thought anything could come between us and our beloved LMT—until we met the mattifying version. And this formula does more than just look good: It nourishes and safeguards your complexion with vitamins A, C, and E to deflect free radicals, plus titanium and zinc dioxides for SPF 15 UV protection. There are five shades: Porcelain is best for very fair complexions; Linen is a slightly darker beige that works for pale complexions; Nude is a light tan suited to light to medium complexions; Chamomile is a golden tone for medium to tan complexions; and Hazel, a nutty brown, is perfect for tan to dark complexions.
I really enjoyed this product. It wasn't too heavy but it offered enough coverage. I wasn't overly excited about it but it was something nice and new to try4
Not greasy, good coverage, used in place of concealer.4
I like that this is a subtle tint and isn't too heavy. It does lean a little yellow, but doesn't seem noticeable after blending. I also appreciate that it has an spf.4
Gave my current tinted moisturizer a run for it's money. I love the matte - I feel like it gives me good coverage without looking heavy. Stayed on all day. Bonus hydration and spf. Woo!5
Coverage was too thin and didn't last all day. I would not purchase this product.1
This stuff is amazing. Skin isn't left feeling dry.4
I currently use a bb cream everyday and this worked great in lieu of my usual bb cream. But it is a lot more expensive than the bb cream so I will probably stick with that.4
I found the formula to be very thick and hard to spread. It had a powder like finish and I feel that it enhanced any fine lines around my eyes or mouth. I did like the shimmery aspect in the formula and the packaging was cute for such a small little sample. Oh, and I almost forgot... this formula smells like cheap Halloween makeup.3
I’m really not a huge fan of tinted moisturizers, so I wish there was a place on the Birchbox profile that I could check off to stop sending them, but what I usually end up doing is using my tinted moisturizers as a foundation base or I’ll just use it a bit in the summer.2
I did give this product a try, despite the "matte" description. I do have very dry skin, so I didn't have high hopes for this one. As predicted, it did not blend well into my skin, and left a chalky appearance. Just not the product for me!2
