The worst part about washing your face is seeing the ring of eye makeup still left on your skin after you thought you were done. This genius gel combines the magnet-like powers of micellar water with the hydrating, comfortable consistency of gel into one product so there’s not a single trace of makeup left. Sweep it over your eyes to remove everything from waterproof mascara to long-lasting liners. Plus, the aloe vera-based formula soothes skin while also reducing the appearance of dark circles and puffiness.
I found this to remove my eye makeup very minimally. Did it remove a little, yes. But not all by any means if any amount at all was on. It just kinda smeared it over my eyes. I thought I was using a very reasonable amount but maybe I wasn’t using enough. Either way, I was disappointed in this as it did not remove eye makeup as easily as I would’ve liked.
2I’m confused...I applied half a dime sized amount to a cotton pad and let sit on my closed eye lid for about a minute. When I wiped, it took off the single coat of eyeshadow but didn’t even put a dent in my mascara. It took 4 cotton pads and about a quarter sized amount per eye to get to a raccoon look. Didn’t remove my minimal makeup at all. Actually warm water and my hands work better than this. Don’t get what I’m doing wrong. I don’t wear a lot of makeup in the summer so it only had to remove a single application of a pale shimmer eyeshadow and one coat of regular Bad Gal mascara. How in the world does this stuff work!?! So confused. Didn’t get a sample, bought the full size cause it looked well reviewed but apparently that was a mistake. Ugh.
