What’s better than Deborah Lippmann’s award-winning, sweet-smelling, totally effective lacquer remover? That same product in handy to-go packets—keep them in your desk for emergency chipped polish removal or tote them with you on your next trip.
While I think these little stripper mitts would come in handy while traveling or to throw in your purse, they are too expensive to use for regular nail polish removal.2
The only thing that I can say that would make this product worth buying would be the convenience. It was nice to use the one mitt to remove the nail polish for all of my fingernails and it was less time consuming and less messy than the traditional way, but I wasn't impressed enough to pay that much for it.2
I didnt notice any difference in smell and it wouldnt take the polish off. I was wearing a thick glittery blue so maybe the product would work better with the plain polish? I think I'll just stick to cotton balls.2
I thought these were ok. The product it self removed nail polish pretty well but after about three fingers that was it. I would just stick with regular nail polish remover, it works better in my opinion and it's much cheaper.2
But I wouldn't buy them. It's a cute idea, however, I'll stick with the cotton ball/remover routine and my cheap wipes for emergencies.2
the packaging and scent were great, but i typically use 100% acetone, and this product didn't hold up to the fast results I am used to. Also, this might make a nice gift (or part of a gift package), but seems a bit pricey for regular nail polish removal.2
I started to use it & it took the first nail off really well, but once I got the the 3rd or 4th nail (they did not have a lot of nailpolish on them) it stopped working. You would need more if you wanted to take off all of your nailpolish.2
I couldn't even figure out what this was at first! Nice added bonus, but not worth a purchase. Sticking with my regular nail polish remover....2
This is an alright product. It removed my nail polish (not the glitter polish though). It smelled nice when it dried. But I just don't see the appeal to removing your nail polish on the go. Nail polish removal has never been that urgent for me. I also don't love that you have to put your finger inside of it to use it. I don't usually relish soaking my skin in acetone. I would not buy this, especially when acetone that will remove glitter polish is cheaper.2
the product description on your website says its good for glitter nail polish so i used my grittiest glitter nail polish i own, by urban decay. this product worked on four of my nails then quit. probably good for regular polish not for glitter though. i will try it with a normal one next time to make a final decision.2
