What’s better than Deborah Lippmann’s award-winning, sweet-smelling, totally effective lacquer remover? That same product in handy to-go packets—keep them in your desk for emergency chipped polish removal or tote them with you on your next trip.
I started to use it & it took the first nail off really well, but once I got the the 3rd or 4th nail (they did not have a lot of nailpolish on them) it stopped working. You would need more if you wanted to take off all of your nailpolish.2
I used it on the nails on my left hand. It only lasted that long although it said that one could work on 10 digits. I liked the smell. It wasn't all chemically like what I normally use. I just think that it should come in a bottle because I am not really a on the go nail care kind of person.5
Highest quality nail remover I know of, but not worth the price to actually purchase.4
These make it so easy! One strip did all my nails and it smells amazing and not the headache inducing scent of acetone!5
This product really WORKS. It smells great and doesn't dry out your hands; more importantly, one "mitt" can easily remove the darkest and most stubborn of polishes (elbow grease not required). The packaging is convenient and perfect for your purse, your office desk, your travel bag... unfortunately, its pretty cost prohibitive, so I can't imagine purchasing it myself. A great treat in this month's Birchbox though, and would be a great gift/stocking stuffer if you wanted to spoil your friends.5
I couldn't even figure out what this was at first! Nice added bonus, but not worth a purchase. Sticking with my regular nail polish remover....2
The product was great. One "mitt" removed all of the polish from both hands and both feet. It removed fairly easy and I found it to be more effective at removal than a standard cotton ball and polish remover. However, at two dollars a mitt i can't say it is worth purchasing when a cotton ball and polish remover will still work for me.4
I love how "on-the-go" friendly this product is. It was efficient too!4
Not sure If I would buy this or not. I like the idea. I think it would be good to maybe have one in your purse or something. Works well.3
I was planning to stash this in my car after I got it in my birchbox, but I wanted to remove some glitter polish and it was right next to me so I thought why not. I'm glad I didn't save it, because I honestly wasn't that impressed. It doesn't smell *as* awful as normal nail polish removers, but it definitely didn't smell like lavender, just chemicals. It took all the polish off my nails with some scrubbing, but so does my remover. I didn't find it especially effective with the glitter, although I was mildly impressed with how I was able to do all ten fingers with one mitt. If this were much, much, MUCH cheaper I'd consider buying it just for the handy mitt shape and less-strong smell, but $2 each? Not even close to worth it.1
