The artist formerly known as Prince inspired this daring new purple lacquer. Named after the singer’s 1984 hit (yes, we know our musical trivia), it turns up the volume with tons of multi-colored glitter. But don’t let the name scare you—the solid base is dark enough to keep the sparkles from feeling over-the-top.
This is a sheer purplish polish with fun multi-colored glitter that are in different sizes! It gives the impression that you layered it with several different polishes to get the look but you only need one or two coats of this stuff for it to look great and sparkly. It also pairs really well with Deborah Lipmann's Maniac!5
This was my first Deborah Lippmann nail polish purchase, and i wasn't disappointed one bit! I had heard that her glitter polishes were amazing--and they are! This polish has a beautiful array of various purple hue glitters that stay on the nail--it doesn't chip for days. It is just a lovely grownup glitter polish. :)5
This is the most glitter I have seen in a nail polish, plus even one coat is dark so you don't have to apply a million times to get a deep color.5
Are you tired of buying glittery nailpolishes that skimp on glitter? Well, Deb Lippmann loads it on, for maximum effect. It's nothing short of dazzling. For extra oomph, try a color (purple, gray) underneath the glitter polish. At the very least, use a layer of clear polish first - you don't want the glitter to stick to your nails when you try to get it off. It can take a little longer to remove because of all the glitter, but who cares - it's a small price to pay for fabulous disco nails.5
Deborah Lippman polishes are expensive but worth it. This polish looks great with a clear or a matte top coat. The colored base means you don't have to use several layers to get the solid polish look you want.5
Deborah Lippmann's glittery lacquers are amazing. You only need two coats for the desired effect. It will be really textured if you skip the topcoat, but if you decide to apply one, you'll get super-shiny, glossy nails. It's a great color.5
This is such a pretty color, probably one of my favorites from my Deborah Lippmann collection. It is a purple base with multi-color glitter. Whenever I bring it to the salon I always get complements from everyone. It is very unique and lasts a really long time on your nails. DL is definitely my go-to nail brand.5
Another great addition by DL. The application of DL polish's are by far the best. Let's go Crazy is a jelly based polish that is suspends the glitter on your nail beautifully.5
Love it! I love Purple! This by far is one of my favorite purples. My nail tech loved it too.5
If you are like me, you're probably a bit on the fence about spending $20 on one bottle of nail polish. But if you were ever going to splurge this is definitely the color to do it on.
Unlike some other glitter polish, this stuff covers solid in 2 coats. The purple is dark, but you can still easily tell it's purple and not black. Lastly, the glitter is beautiful. Someone likened it to a stained glass window and that's spot on.
I just finished putting it on, so I cannot comment on wear length at this time
