If bad memories of bland tofu turned you off soy, we don’t blame you. Erase them forever with these sweet and tart snack bars, which are a tasty way to get soy’s health benefits. They’re packed with non-GMO soy, the ingredient nutritionists love because it’s the only plant source of complete protein. Each flavor is free of artificial flavors, refined carbs, and high fructose corn syrup. At just 140 calories, these bars are a guilt-free morning, afternoon, or anytime snack. (Not that you’re counting, of course.)
Very yummy! I was not expecting to get a tasty treat in my box!5
I liked this sample! It is healthy and tasty! The consistence is different, which I didn't mind. I enjoyed this as a quick snack in the morning on the go, when I didn't have time to make breakfast. I will definitely buy these!5
Did not really like kind of dry would not buy would rather pick something else1
For a gluten free bar the flavor was pretty decent but the crumbliness was too much to enjoy.2
I really did not enjoy the flavor of this. I couldn't even finish the bar and had to toss it in the garbage.1
It just didn't taste very good. It may skip some bad ingredients, but it also didn't have a lot of good nutrients.3
I need to re-order these! I have no idea where to get them in store where I live, so I guess I'll continue getting them here. They are biscotti shaped, but soft like a cookie. The texture is a bit odd--I'm unsure if everyone would like them. I think they are delicious.4
These taste good but aren't as filling as you might hope and when you put it in to your daily diet plan, they really aren't worth the calories… just eat some dehydrated cranberries :)3
Love that they are non-GMO. Great taste and very nutritious. Great for snacks in between meals. I have to get more!5
This was horrible, fake-tasting. I'd only eat one if I was starving. Plus, most health-minded folks are aware that soy-based protein is super processed and not high-quality compared to nuts/seeds.2
