The hair experts over at 12 Benefits tell us that healthy hair gets its strength and shine from a combination of natural proteins and lipids (who knew?). When you subject your hair to too much chemical processing or heat styling, it tends to lose these precious compounds. Thankfully, this leave-in conditioning mist delivers a host of benefits to dry, parched hair—from boosting the vibrancy of your existing color to preventing future damage. Bonus: The light, clean scent lingers all day long.
Made my hair feel clunky. I have kinky hair. This didnt do what I expected. I had high hopes. The texture of my hair once spraying this felt like I had product on it and I don't like that feeling. Smell was fantastic.2
I typically include a conditioning/protecting oil or spray in my daily hair routine. It helps prevent over-drying from my blow-dryer and provides a nice shine to my curls. As a protector/conditioner, this hair treatment is so-so. The hair remains soft, if not shiny, and doesn't show any evidence of breaking or drying at the tips. If the scalp and roots are avoided, it also doesn't grease or gross the hair. However, it smells very strange. Not exactly "bad", but definitely weird. And this smell is exacerbated considerably during blow-drying. I'll be passing on this one.2
This has not done anything for my hair really. It hasn't damaged it but it didn't make it "vibrant" or less dry and the scent really doesn't last beyond maybe 10 mins.2
came opened and sticky but other than that a lot for a sample. it smelled very nice and didn't leave a film on my thick hair.2
This is a conditioner that weighs hair down. I do not like it for my fine hair texture.2
I've used other products from this line and have been let down. Maybe this one will be better. I'm not going to get my hopes up though. We shall see. Hopefully this one at least smells alright. I've very very picky about hair care products.2
My friend gave me this exact sample a few months ago, as a reject from her birchbox. I didn't like it then and I don't like it now. It does smell really nice, but it leaves my hair feeling heavy and greasy, which is the opposite of what my fine, dry hair needs.2
The smell is awful and I really didn't see much of a change in my hair. Not worth buying.2
I prefer Davines All in One Milk to this product. I didn't like the made it made my hair feel...left it greasy2
I have curly hair and need some sort of defrizz/detangler. This one isn't going to cut it. The amount of product I had to use just to saturate my hair was a little disappointing, since I neither have long nor thick hair. Then I found that it was no more effective on detangling my hair than running my fingers through it with no product at all. I have used Aveda's Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair cream, and will continue to do so.2
