We don't know about you, but we never stop fighting the good fight against dry skin, especially come the winter months. Meet the most effective weapon in our arsenal. This dry oil—a blend of grape, hibiscus, sesame, and argan oils—hydrates parched skin and disappears in seconds without any residual stickiness or oiliness. Its antioxidant grape-seed polyphenols soften and moisturize while restoring the skin's hydrolipidic (read: moisture) film. Bonus: The multitasking formula works as a strengthening cuticle treatment and a nourishing hair oil. And the scent is truly divine, with fresh notes of Moroccan and Bulgarian rose, grapefruit, vanilla, and the subtlest floral undertones.
I can't wait for winter to use this! It was a bit much for the summer and spring as my skin wasn't too dry or dehydrated. It didn't absorb too well but I assume it will when my skin needs it. It doesn't have too strong of a scent but it was enjoyable. Thankfully more of the hibiscus and argan smells came out instead of sesame so I didn't smell like a Chinese restaurant.4
So it does feel wonderful on your skin, but the smell is a tad strange - almost bitter smelling if bitter had a smell... The oil is nice. It has a dry oil feel to it, but I can't
make this apart of my daily regimine if it's stinky. Things may get awkward when you go in for a hug and someone smells this stuff on your face. Lol. So I'd use it at home before you go to bed to reap its beautifying benefits...not during the day.
I bought a bottle right after receiving the sample because it smells amazing and can be used in so many ways5
The consistency is airy light and gorgeous, nothing beats this light, paper thin oil as a moisturizer. I use it for my face, hands and entire body. The scent is also ridiculously good.
Impressive product and my go to - I literally get anxiety if I inadvertently run out.
This smells... interesting... It smells sort of like pollen. At least it moisturizes! I use it on my body and hair. Seems to work!3
Okay, here it is... if you like using an oil which I do.. then you should try this one. I use this on my face, hands, dry spots on skin and of course in my very coarse/ dry hair. 1st of all this smells wonderful, light not overpowering just really clean and lovely! This is one of the only oils that I have used that really soaks all the way in, does not leave oily feeling on my face, does not make makeup look oily after applying over the oil! must try this one... I will buy this one for sure!5
Nice texture, nice smell. Good for dry skin as well as a slight fragrance. I like to dab it behind my ears.5
This is the greatest thing to have at my desk in the winter. My office gets super dry, and whenever my face starts to feel itchy or dry, I just rub a tiny bit of this on my skin and it just feels like heaven. It's nice for hands and my arms, too, but I keep at my desk mostly to rub on my cheeks halfway through the day whenever the heater kicks in and tries to turn me into a raisin.5
I thought i would give this oil a try after all this cold weather. It's wonderful! And smells great! I'm for sure buying the full size!5
I wanted to use this as an overnight facial oil and used it for the first time last night. But the smell is so overwhelming and unpleasant that it kept waking me up. The oil may disappear into your skin but the cheap unpleasant smell remains. Do not recommend. Usually love Caudalie but not this time1
