We don't know about you, but we never stop fighting the good fight against dry skin, especially come the winter months. Meet the most effective weapon in our arsenal. This dry oil—a lend of grape, hibiscus, sesame, and argain oils—hydrates parched skin and disappears in seconds without any residual stickiness or oiliness. Its antioxidant grape-seed polyphenols to soften and moisturize skin while restoring the skin’s hydrolipidic (read: moisture) film. Bonus: The multitasking formula works as a strengthening cuticle treatment and a nourishing hair oil. And the scent is truly divine, with fresh notes of Moroccan and Bulgarian rose, grapefruit, vanilla, and the subtlest floral undertones.
I like the scent of this oil and I have really dry hair so it seems like a good solution. I look forward to trying it on a more regular basis and seeing if my hair becomes oily looking.4
I admit it, I am a champagne girl on a beer budget. And I usually have no problems spending the money on things, but this just didn't wow me in a way that I had to have it. I really liked that it was versatile and could be used a multitude of ways. The smell was a little strong and I worried about using it on my sensitive skin face. Maybe that is why I think its not worth it...I dont get all the potential uses out of it. My hair loved it though. I just have other products I tried that I liked a little more.4
I love oils. Being of south asian descent, I use oils on my hair almost every week. So far, this one doesn't seem to be any better than my coconut oil or castor oil one. I'm waiting to see if I see any changes by the time the sample is done.4
This product made the ends/tips of my hair smoother.4
this stuff smells really good. if the sample was bigger i think i could make a better review though. i have 'chicken skin' and when i received this i thought it could be a help for it but im not entirely sure that it really did anything for it. i was afraid to use on my face so can't comment on that. it was nice though because it absorbed into my skin quickly leaving it a little silky. too pricey for me to buy though :(4
I used this oil on my hands and it felt great. My hands felt very soft. The smell was strong but my husband liked it so i can't complain too much.4
The smell of this dry oil is really nice and it lasts for quite a bit. The oil absorbs very quickly, and it moisturizes well. But, as mentioned in other reviews it is a bit too pricey for what it does.4
While this product worked ok, it's just not the product for me. I'm not a fan of oils so after one try I handed it over to my mom who absolutely LOVED it.4
As a Black woman, I use oils all the time, but I was not expecting to receive an oil sample in my Birchbox. What a surprise!
I liked the oil, but it was a bit light for most usage for me except for maybe my cuticles.
I really liked this oil. It has such a nice scent and it feels wonderful on your skin. Really great for those extra dry areas. Perfect for extra the shower when your pores are more open and the oil can really get in and make your skin oh so touchable soft!4
