Benefit’s daily cleanser comes in a chic blue tube that will make your other products look humdrum in comparison. Appearances aside, the gentle formula works into a creamy, meringue-like lather that softly removes dirt and impurities. And unlike some cleansers, it gets the job done without drying out your skin.
perhaps it's because I used it with the exfoliator, but this stripped my skin after washing it. i had to heap on oils and creams before the tightness went away.
it did remove all makeup, and left my face squeaky clean. al most too squeaky without any moisture
I am neutral on this product, didn't love or hate it.2
While my face did feel soft and smooth after using this, I really don't like how my skin seems to have a film on it after using this. I think it is the glycerin that makes it feel like it doesn't rinse clean. It reminded me of Noxzema that I used to use in the early 90's. The review wants us to answer if this product has anti aging or discoloration properties, but how are we supposed to answer that if we only have enough in the sample to use it a few times? I'd have to use a product for at least a couple weeks to notice properties such as those.2
I am extremely picky about my skincare. There was nothing bad about the product and it smelled divine but it is just not my style.2
The Benefit face wash gets your face squeaky clean and lathers very well. However, the scent is just too strong and perfume like for my taste.2
My skin felt really stripped and dry after using, but I do have dry skin to begin with. How am I supposed to evaluate the "anti-aging" or "reducing discoloration" properties when I can only use once, because of the non-resealable sample?2
This is a very generic cleanser. I think this would be better for younger girls.2
The packaging of this sample was adorable. The face wash came out looking like it had been piped out of an icing tip- which i thought was very unique and refreshing.
The face wash smells great and has a smooth texture during use but I found that it left my skin feeling a little stripped of moisture after use. I have combination-oily skin,
Typical cutesy BeneFit packaging. I really liked this line when I was younger but went onto different products as I grew up. Also, Estee Lauder bought the company, which I feel affected the old creativity and fun that was so attractive about the line. My skin is sensitive and this was too strong for it. I know of better product options for exfoliation, but this was nice to try. I don't care to use "anti-aging" products because other than sunscreen and Retin-A, nothing else has research behind it to prove it does anything. Besides, who wants to "anti-age"? Someone who is ashamed of their age, I guess, which I think is weird, lol.2
This stuff was okay, but I wasn't that impressed. I found it a little drying and it didn't impress me enough to switch to it from my usual Dove Beauty Bar (which I swear by). The price of the full size is also too expensive for me.2
